Wish I knew how to rate. AshleyW was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reservations completed in a flash. Then she asked me to hold online for verification. After 40 minutes of "a team member will be with you shortly", If I hadn't left my card number, I would have hung up ages ago. 50 minutes...,
Well.... verification came on about minute 52 and could not find the submit button? (yea , im confused too). After sometime she said they, the verification team would have to call me back. They never did. Do I have a reservation? Did my card get charged. No Idea , and I thought everything was great, but no call no email.
So I get to make another phone call and repeat the process. I thought only the outbound callers were sleazy... I hope to be satisfied soon. But so much for building trust.

Be careful with Monster Reservation Group, especially with these time share packages, they never tell you about all the charges for different reasons.

After the automated robot caller stumbled spoke with Rolanda and she confirmed my reservation very effectively and efficiently.

Got great deals with this company already went to Cancun, st’ Thomas and planing my next ne to Puerto Rico with them. Jonathan heap was a great help to facilitate our next trip.

I called Monster Reservations with some serious hesitations about my upcoming birthday trip to Sedona, Arizona after seeing a 3.5-star rating online. Montague answered my call and completely put my mind at ease. He stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes, patiently walking me through the resort’s features and reassuring me that all the specific amenities I was looking for were right there. He even took the time to explore alternative options with me just to make sure I felt 100% confident in my choices. He was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and never rushed me. Thanks to Montague, I hung up feeling genuinely excited for my birthday weekend! He also took care of my billing issue with my initial call also was initiated because I was billed $169 for a trip that I did not book with no negative feedback!

Miko is very courteous and knowledgeable. She took her time to answer my questions.

Called in to address an issue with the Monster cruise service. Sara H. was extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I was prepared to have a less than ideal experience and happy to say working with her was great. She fixed the issue and informed me of additional services I was not aware of or had forgotten were available.

Abisai was able to help me set up my account and confirm my activation over the phone. He was friendly and helpful, and I'm looking forward to being able to set up my vacation at a later date.
