Caliyah M made the whole vacation booking process so much easier for me. I had been struggling for months trying to book my vacation package, and I’m so glad I finally decided to call. She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and was helpful from start to finish. I’m really glad I reached out!

I was totally misled by a survey that I checked to get a four day three night stay at Oceanside. After doing everything that they said was necessary and going further in depth with other vacations that I originally agreed to, it wasn’t until I paid for everything and then went to make the reservation and I was told that I did not qualify. It was a total waste of time and energy and frustration. Thankfully, when I called back and talked to Kristine, she totally took care of me and refunded my money. Everyone else just hung up on me and did not want to be bothered.

Our reservation was unique where as, the rooms at the place could not accommodate our needed change through Monster Reservation Group, yet Troy went above and beyond researching the place we are staying to give me the information we were needing to make a decision on an extra room.
