Monster Reservations Group Bewertungen 

In January 2024, I purchased a travel package from Monster Reservation Group for $549 that included 27 days of travel. I have only used 5 of those days.

When I called to book another vacation using my remaining days, I was told that my package had been canceled because I had supposedly disputed the original $549 charge with my credit card company and reported it as fraud. This is incorrect.

I asked Monster Reservation Group to provide evidence that I had disputed the $549 charge, but they were unable to provide any. I have contacted American Express twice, and they confirmed that no dispute was ever opened regarding the $549 purchase.

There was a separate issue involving a $323 charge around June 2025. An agent contacted me about a vacation package to Puerto Plata. I explicitly told the agent that I did not want to purchase the package, yet my credit card was charged $323 anyway.

I contacted Monster Reservation Group three times regarding that charge. Each time, I was told the $323 would be refunded. Despite those assurances, the refund was never processed. After giving the company multiple opportunities to correct the issue, I disputed that specific $323 charge with American Express to recover my money.

That $323 dispute was entirely separate from the $549 travel package purchased in January 2024.

I am now being told that my original $549 package, with 22 unused travel days remaining, was canceled because of a dispute that American Express confirms was never filed against that transaction.

I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly with Monster Reservation Group. I am requesting that the company either provide documentation showing that the original $549 charge was disputed or immediately reinstate my package with the 22 travel days I have remaining

Monster was great and very easy to work with. However, after confirming my trip, the next day I discovered I had a problem and needed to change my date. Abisai Aguirre was who I finally got on the phone and, he was able to get it done. Had to hold on a couple of times, just for a few minutes but he always got back to assure me he was working on it and he did.

Grace Burvenich was the third or fourth person I talked to about my reservations and Vacation Plan with Monster Vacations. She did an excellent job of helping me understand what was included in my package and sent me a more detailed welcome letter delinealating what exactly was in my plan.
