I got all my questions answered from Candace! She helped me find a hotel close to where my parents were staying, looking at many different hotels and options and putting in the extra effort for me and I really appreciate it! I was also confused on what deals I already had from previous vacation package purchases since I've done multiple purchases and a lot of time has passed, and she straightened everything out and let me know which hotels had what options and the difference in cost whether I listened to a presentation or not, etc. It was all cleared up and I was able to choose the best option for myself.
Then Carter finalized everything and I took advantage of the vacation multiplier service and got even more vacations for super cheap lol

Sierra O. was very helpful. She researched several locations to make the time work for my mom and I. Appreciate her going the extra mile to accommodate special needs for my mom who is on a walker.
