Montague was helpful in offering other Resort options for an upcoming trip to Cancun since the first place booked had some negative Google reviews recently on cleanliness.

I just book a reservation then got directed to a sales manager. By talking to the sales manager, the one reservation I did require attending a presentation which I am not aware of during the booking and nor can attend. The sales manager understood our situation and provided me the phone number to call for the cancellation.

I called the phone number and got hold of a customer service representative Tristan Allen. He patiently explained me the workaround approach which seems transparent to me to make sure my understanding of it and put me in the non-presentation inventory which allows me to make the booking in their non-presentation inventory hotels.

I am pleased with the handling of situations with customer representative.
