PROMISED EASY ACCESS, but almost NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE after paying extra for THE WHITE GLOVE EXTRA PRIORITY SERVICE! we only went on one free presentation trip. lots of confusion if they're a discount travel company or headhunter for time share or vacation clubs.. High pressure, get more money with fear of loss of earlier deposits......

Customer service was excellent handling my call. Troy was great answering all my questions. He took the time to explain any concerns I had with what I wasn't absolutely sure I understood.

Misty was VERY helpful in explaining how the reservation process works. She checked the availability of serval properties and explained the how the Monster Week reservations worked.

Rolanda was wonderful and patient.

Martrize Washington was very helpful. Gave me exactly what I needed and very quickly. He was very pleasant, kind and professional.

I was prepared to cancel my booking but after speaking with Ms. Rolanda for a 2nd time, I changed my mind. She was very calm and accommodating. Im glad I reached her again. Her explanation was thorough and Im glad I changed my mind.
