I purchased a bike through this site, and the money was taken from my account immediately.

I selected the pickup option because the seller lived in my city. Due to some issues with the seller receiving the payment, it took 8 days and quite a lot of contact with customer service to finally arrange the pickup. Customer service were very nice and apologetic throughout, although they could sometimes be a little difficult to reach. :)

Overall, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase a bike.

I would, however, suggest introducing some kind of automated process for transferring the money once a bike has been collected, so that customers don’t have to contact customer service so much. For example, something similar to the collection code you share with a seller when picking something up through eBay could make the process much easier.

I had my first experience with My Next Bike and it was excellent from start to finish. Julie and Matt are amazing, they truly go above and beyond. Always quick to respond and extremely professional. The service charge is absolutely worth it for your peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

Everything about the process was great and the support I received from the company via email was excellent. And then the date that the money from my sale was supposed to be paid passed with nothing; no money and no explanation. I am assured that this is a legitimate business, but sadly from many reviews and personal experience it seems they struggle to honour the agreement they set regarding payment timeliness.

Addendum: Following day, after emailing company, payment was rectified. Have amended score from 1 star to 3 star. Should not require intervention for a sales platform to complete a sale. But should repeat that the customer service was great throughout, certainly isn't their fault that the companies processes aren't quite working properly.

My last bike that I sold ENGWE Zip was sold and pick up by Bike courier last week . It’s now been delivered without and issues. I have received my payment with the time scale stated and correct amount. So that’s brilliant and would recommend services

My bike sold successfully and for the asking price so their customer base appears to be wide. Great communication and system to sell the bike and deliver it to the buyer. Only issue is the waiting time to receive payment but they are working on that to make it more convenient. Will use again on the future.

Sold my 2nd bike with mynextbike and everything went smoothly from pick up, delivery and payment. Was kept in touch with both Julie, who was a absolute star and Matt. Would definitely recommend if you have a bike to sell and stay away from other platforms

A friend's recommendation of MyNextBike as well as the high scores here on Trustpilot gave me a lot of confidence before using them - and indeed my experience buying an ebike using MyNextBike was first rate. Paid using PayPal, order confirmed straight away. Comms really good. (I opted for their recommended 'Cycle Courier Co' delivery and this too went swimmingly - the bikes are properly restrained and protected during delivery). A great experience end-to-end, many thanks. MyNextBike and Cycle Courier Co will be my first choice when buying or selling a bicycle.

I have sold my bike last month and it was collected on the the 19th of July and delivered to the buyer on the 21st of July. I've waited the 30 days and then reached out to MNB has the funds had not reached my account.
Their customer journey after the bike has been shipped off needs improvement, and their emails didn't come through due to some technical reason.
I had to chase them a few times, but in the end they were able to work out the issues and all is good.

Kindly read…. I was very apprehensive about selling my bike via MyNextBike. HOWEVER… you NEED to TRUST the process as it WORKS.
List your bike, it’ll sell or you get offers, you agree or counter offer.
Once the sell / sale is agreed an independent courier company message you to arrange collection… NO BOX, they arrive and take multiple pictures of the bike, load into a van and take to their secure premises. THEY arrange delivery to the new owner.
Payment transfer is approx 28 days after delivery for the FIRST bike you sell.
Payment date and amount agreed (you see this as the seller) is paid direct into your bank.
It is SEAMLESS, please trust me.
I’m very impressed I’m preparing another quality MTB to sell.
Payment of other bikes sold ‘after the initial one’ is within a week or so.
DONT BE MUCKED ABOUT WITH EBAY.. use MyNextBike.

First time user of this website. The whole process was smooth and easy to navigate. Sale proceeded without issue and payment received within specified time. Queries responded to quickly . Would recommend snd use again

Sadly, this was a total waste of money. I was pestered to buy additional services, yet there were no views or interactions for the first paid for marketing product / service.

I bought a bike here but I received the bike in bad conditions. My Next Bike happily paid for all the services, as well as paying for the delivery in full! I thought it’d be bad but they fixed it in the best and quickest way possible

With this system I felt confident about buying a second hand bike without having seen or tested it beforehand. The descriptions on the website helped to make an informed choice, and the whole buying/ delivery process went smoothly.

Used My Next Bike for the first time sold 2 bike nice and easy and payments issued no problem, Also great idea with the collection of bike. I would highly recommend this company. Well Done Harry great communication with the WhatsApp. 👌
