I have only recently got my kitty from abroad and got this insurance. I have already had to use their 24/7 vet video service and I was so impressed. It is a wonderful service and worth the monthly cost alone! Gave me peace of mind and I could talk to a professional within 30 minutes! I am a happy customer after only a week!

Easy to claim and paid out within a couple of days. Fab service from Napo!

I ve had my cat for 9 years and this is the first vet claim ever. I found Napo website and dashboard very easy to use. I submitted my claim , Napo contact the vets and once dealt with by them I got notified of the whole process and I'm delighted to say that my claim was resolved in a matter of hours.
I also used their contact hub where you put a few details in and you can ask a question ie whether her latest treatment would be covered and I got an answer straight away . I was sceptical about using this service as you don't talk to a person face to face but the answer was totally correct

I had to make a claim with NAPO Insurance in the last few days, and they paid it without any issues at all. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything was handled quickly and professionally.
What really sets them apart is their compassion. When our beautiful dog Wilf passed away, they sent us a thoughtful card and beautiful flowers, which meant so much to us during such a difficult time.
I can't thank NAPO Insurance enough for their kindness, excellent customer service, and support. I would highly recommend them.

Claims process is simple and was resolved within a few days.

First time I've had to claim on my pet insurance and was very worried, but Napo dealing directly with the vet has eased my worries.The quickness it has been dealt with has astounded me and I am so thankful. The constant emails keeping me updated are very welcomed as is also the personal touch added in each email.

Helpful vet and useful to get a view especially at the weekend, to clarify if an emergency appointment at my local vet practice is needed.

The only downside is a video consult does not allow the vet to physically examine my pet.

Received a very extortionate quote from Napo they've been texting and emailing too much I emailed them to request deletion of my details and I was told to go to my account, the whole process is awful, do not get a quote you'll be inundated with texts and emails

Firstly I have to say I an influencer brought Napo to my attention. She had provided a discount code. Even without it Napo was a good price. First time I have claimed with Napo but tbh its a fairly new policy. My vet submitted my claim, within 15 mins I had a text asking me to review the claim, confirmed the information and then approval sent within hours. I love that I got to see the claim first, with a break down, fantastic. Also got a free tractive device had an issue with not getting code to claim, within a day had all information sent to me. By fair such an easy insurance company to deal with which is a refreshing change.

She was a nice lady but I was hoping she could write me a prescription as I knew what was wrong! She explained they couldn’t do that which is something that should be available!

Increase the prices by 20% every year near enough. But still offer new customers the cheaper price. They dont care about your pets. Theyre just another insurance company milking people dry

Napo were amazing when I had to claim for my dogs unexpected emergency vet bills and surgery. The claim process was so simple and they contacted my vet directly to make payment and they approved the claim within 2 hours of submitting my request! Absolutely incredible and the best pet insurance I have used. Won’t be going anywhere else!

Within a couple of hours of claiming the money was in my account, no messing around and trying to get money out of me. The process is so simple just with a link they send to the vet. Thank you Napo!

We used the on line vet option and also had to make a claim following our dogs acute gastroenteritis
The on line vet consultation was excellent giving us some valuable information that helped us enormously when we went back to our own vet
