Neither handcrafted, personally designed or unique. The same jewellery can be seen on another scam site “Claire Jewellery” (USA), and also Shein & AliExpress.

False advertising - claiming to be a local Melbourne jeweller closing down her business to retire. False, false, false! It is a Chinese company called Yanwen which also sells overpriced inferior clothing and fake leather goods, all of which you can’t return. Fronts as local businesses with a variety of names but nothing local about them. Avoid if you value quality products, genuine products and honesty.

The products are incredibly poor quality. But the customer service is even worse. I genuinely believe that they're purposely trying to make the returns process as difficult as possible to avoid returning my money. I've since raised the refund request with Paypal, fingers crossed that they will resolve this.

Very poor quality and very little resemblance to photos advertising the pieces. I bought two necklaces and they are very poor quality and look more like something a young child would make!! The lovely photo of Nola completes the scam and adds to the false advertising.

DONT BUY FROM HERE, WASTING YOUR MONEY, TOTAL SCAM!!! Once again, I have been conned by a real looking website. How can these rip off companies be getting away with this? They are liars and cheats and will say anything because they know they will get away with it. Why hasn’t consumer affairs shut them down!!! They wouldn’t cancel my order after I realised the payment was going to China, like this was straight away(now realise you can cancel immediately through your bank). They sent lovey dovey emails on how wonderful their jewellery was etc., the jewellery is utter rubbish with plastic stones and crappy metal, not worth even 2 buxs. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Beware!!!! Bags are not leather. Nothing to with Melbourne and not an Australian company. Items are sent from overseas and to obtain a refund is near impossible!

Shocking. Don’t waste your time.

This website is rigged I ordered a dress and I got a completely different one. And I tried to contact them but they blocked off their email. This website is a scam to try to get your money.

Absolute shocking company It is not from Melbourne the clothes come from It is overseas China I would persume Ordered a dress $70 and it was too small Quality very poor ,nothing like photo Tried for 3/4 days to get my money back but they would not give me a return address Tried to fob me off with give you another for reduced price etc Even blocked my e/mails Don't even try to order anything from them

Money down the gurgler!! I am usually a cautious online shopper but purchased dresses before Christmas...100% cotton and looked great for summer. My mistake for not reading independent reviews, not those on the shopping site itself! 100% polyester (which I can't wear) poorly made and ill-fitting. I'll send to the op shop, hope they at least fit someone else! Totally dishonest...not sure why these sites can't be shut down when they are so obviously scamming people!!

The product ordered and paid for was NEVER delivered and I doubt it was even sent. The mobile number is NEVER answered our order number is 6018. What a waste of time and money!

Well like everyone else here I am disgusted with this company! After receiving my underwhelmingly poor quality dress over 6 weeks ago I too have been conned. I was led to believe they would send me a new dress of a different style after repeated emails back and forward… Today I get an email stating that as the dress is ‘not defective and the cross over effect on the dress is as advertised’ the supplier will not be sending me another dress! I also looked up the address to return the dress & found it was in China, NOT Melbourne as I was led to believe! Postage was going to cost over $30 to return a $69 dress! And then I would be offered a ‘partial refund’. What a joke! From now on I will research ALL online sites I propose to purchase from. It has left me feeling like ALL online retailers are tarred with the same brush & not to be trusted at all costs! Buyer beware certainly! Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They are NOT as they seem. The dresses are of poor quality fabric & look like they have been sewn by a ten year old just learning to sew!

I wish I had seen these reviews first before ordering a dress. Exactly the same as reviews - disgusting. We are lead to believe this company is in Melbourne....dishonesty. Never again

I wish I had read these reviews first!. I ordered a dress, it didn’t turn up. I contacted the email address and was told sorry something went wrong, it will be another 7-12 days, however still didn’t arrive. Company lied on website that they are in Melbourne. Checked tracking and it was ‘closed’. I have asked for a refund and have not heard back. I am currently trying to get the funds returned to my credit card through my bank. Update - I received the dress, awful polyester rubbish, submitted a dispute form with my bank and my bank refunded the money to my account within a few days. I didn’t have to return it to China.

This site is not in Melbourne and goods are supplied direct from overseas. Slow delivery and when the dress finally arrived it went straight in the bin. Cheap synthetic material, nothing like the web site description. An object lesson in the need to be careful and look at reviews before buying!

Purchased a dress from Nola-Melbourne. After a week I checked reviews and realised I was being scammed. It did arrive after two weeks but was not cotton fabric - they sent an ill fitting dress made of polyester. Wrong pattern. A few emails later they offered 30% refund. I refused and contacted PayPal. Now they said full refund but I have to return it to some dodgy address in Hong Kong at my expense. There are numerous other businesses with the same Hong Kong address. Edit: Good news. Pay Pal refunded me the cost of the dress but I had to pay $25 for postage from Australia to Hong Kong. This company deliberately posts you the incorrect item and hopes you will keep it.

Like all the other reviews stated. Dresses not cotton but 95%polyester and 5% spandex. Will not refund and return is to China at own cost.

I am completely disillusioned with this company.
I ordered online three dresses and checked if they could be returned if necessary and the answer was "yes".
The dresses finally arrived way after the timeframe stated. One of the dresses was ok but the other two were a little big. I asked to return them for a refund. I assumed the company was in Australia.
I was told that I could either keep the dresses and get a 20% refund (later increased to 30%) or send the dresses back to China for a full refund. The postage would be at my expense and a refund could take some time.
I had paid over $157 for the 3 dresses.
I opted to keep the dresses and give them to a charity shop as I was not sure I would ever see a refund if they went to China.
The person writing the emails was not at all interested in being helpful and displaying customer service.
Once I emailed with my decision the partial refund was in my account quickly but I only got $47.13!!!
To me, this is very deceptive marketing and almost a scam.
Do not under any circumstances buy from this company.

Appalling. Wish I'd read these reviews. 100% cotton dress is actually polyester spandex blend. Style is not as pictured. Print is not as shown. Cheap and nasty. Took weeks to arrive from China.
I stupidly thought the 'Melbourne' meant from Australia. Refund available if YOU PAY POSTAGE BACK TO CHINA!!

Do not buy from this company, website very misleading. Dresses claiming to be of high quality cotton, it’s not, it’s polyester and spandex. Sizing supposed to be according to Australian standards, it’s not, XS fits some one size 12. They say for returns just write to get forms, they don’t have them, you have to send back to China using a tracking system at your own expense. Only partial refunds given. It’s a sham of a company. Need to be reported to Australia Consumer Watch. Office of Fair Trading Aus and ACCC as they seem to breach most consumer rights
