Absolutely appalling. My dog was 4 years old and became ill. She had bloods tests and an ultra sound scan totally over £600. I put in a claim and only received part of the amount claimed for. The illness diagnosed was so severe that my beautiful girl had to be put to sleep to end her suffering. I called to cancel my insurance and was told I still had to pay the remainder of the policy because of the claim. I have been with them a few years and could not believe that not only had i lost my beautiful girl and was still being made to pay. I will definitely not be using now pets ever again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Spoke to Patrick about my pet insurance renewal. He was helpful and was able to make some small adjustments to my renewal to ensure everything was all correct!
He also explained the differences between various options making sure I was fully informed on what I was actually paying for!
Obviously hope I don’t have to claim but it’s nice to know that I actually understand what I’m paying for now!

After changing to Now Pet insurance after being with a different insurer before I would not recommend them at all . We rushed our dog to the vets at the weekend after bleeding , a temperature and off their food to be refused a pay out on our claim due to the condition not being life threatening . How would we know without a trip to be checked or that our pet was in fact only insured on week days . No correspondence to explain.

Jake was a lovely, fully understanding of why I had to cancel my policy and although he did have to do his job by offering me a better deal to keep me as a customer, I never felt pushed or forced into staying and had I never had a change in my circumstance his gentle approach and kind nature would of got me to stay as I value a kind and customer service. Jake certainly was very helpful in making me feel less stressed about having to make this call and helpful at making me understand the cancellation procedure. In my opinion Jake is a valuable employee.
