The flowers were delivered on the scheduled date, to the correct address/person, early in the day. The flowers themselves were lovely, arranged nicely and presented well. The hand-written greeting card (not just a piece of plain card or whatever) was an unexpected bonus! Thank you.

I ordered a substantial bouquet in a ceramic pot to be sent to my ailing 84yr old mother on the Gold Coast through the NZ website. I was shook in disbelief what $185 bought me. I'd rather not send my beautiful mother anything than the pathetic half dead BS that was delivered. Honestly was a slap in the face. They refunded me half, but it does not account for the loss of joy and delight that I was paying for. Absolutely disgusted.

My daughter in Western Australia wanted to sent her mother flowers on Mothers' Day as she has done since
she moved there nearly 20 years ago. All flower arrangements have been delightful. But this year she made the mistake of using Petals Teleflora. The bouquet of flowers consisted of 2 roses,1 zinnia and
6 green leaf branches. Our local petrol station sells
better flower arrangements. Petals haven't got a clue
about the flower delivery business. It seems that their
business is primarily about ripping people off. Avoid this flower delivery firm. What you see on their website is nothing like the flowers that are sent.

I ordered 2 lots of flowers on May 8th and requested they be delivered on the 10th. I order arrived and the other arrived the day after Mothers day 12th. I also upgraded the "boxed Chocolates" 301g-520g as stated on their website and my mother received a 125g of Lindt chocolates so I didn't even get what I paid for.
Customer Service told me there is nothing they could do because she had already received the flowers. Yeah 4 days later and not what I ordered.
How can a company have so many bad reviews and are still operating???

Ordered an upgraded "deluxe" bouquet of flowers for my mother in New Zealand for Mother's Day. She received about 5 or 6 stems in the glass vase I added to the order - very disappointing. Would not recommend, and will not use them again (my mistake for not checking reviews beforehand).

There are vastly better florists in Nelson who will provide much better product and better value than Petals - use them instead.

I ordered a premium large expensive bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day and received a small average looking bunch. Supermarket could have done better. Very annoyed.

My son from Australis sent me flowers from Petals for Mothers Day as he does each year.
How disappointing to receive a glass vase with 6 sparse flower stems .
And this was the "upgraded" version!
We will NEVER use this company again and advise other customers not to as well. Its a ripoff!

After being told I was ordering a premium bunch of flowers for a friend going through a hard time, She received a miserable bunch of cheap white flowers,
It makes the thought cheap and meaningless

If I could rate them zero I would, because that is what they delivered. Can't stand behind their own website T&C's - avoid at all costs.

Anniversary bouquet arrived 6 days before the delivery date…. Useless.

Terrible. Fliers turned up 24 hours late and were an extremely small bunch of mediocre flowers.
DO NOT use this company.

Ordered a bouquet for $112.90 online, entered address & it said they would deliver to that address on the date I selected.
They then contacted me the next day & said they couldn’t. I said I’d cancel the order as the date was important (anniversary of a death).
They then cancelled & say they are refunding me $97.90.
So the irony I’d they are CHARGING me $15 because they could not deliver!
They might be scammers, avoid them

I ordered and payed for flowers to be delivered in the morning to my daughter’s workplace as a surprise on her birthday.

Were they delivered to her workplace? NO
Was it a surprise? NO
Were the flowers delivered in the morning as requested? NO
Did the flowers eventually delivered to another address that night resemble the ones I had chosen on their website? NO

How hard can it be??? Soo disappointed

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day 1 week before the day. At 1230pm on the day I received an automated sms from Petals Network saying my delivery would not be fulfilled as all florists in my area had shut. Wow.

Not clear why this "company" exists. Not only were they unable to fulfill my order, communication and refund were delayed.

Their customer service is not good. They do not respond to emails and/or phone calls. The product which cost $199, was cheap looking. I do not recommended this company.

From Los Angeles I Ordered 1/2 dz red roses with lush greenery for valentine’s day for my daughter studying at Bond uni. The red roses were quite pretty but the bouquet only had 2 small pieces of eucalyptus greenery.. It was a very lazy can’t be bothered we don’t care about our customers, chucked together bouquet, looks nothing like their website listing. It’s embarrassing to think an Australian company in 2025 can’t even deliver a beautiful bouquet that’s the same as it’s website listing….$118 bucks totally not worth it!!

The flowers were alright but paid $30 for a box of favourites... and it was delivered by Uber late... wouldn't recommend even if it were last minute, you're better off going without because the price ain't worth it, would've gone with a different company if they all weren't sold out but now I understand why this company still had stock

I specifically requested delivery of birthday flowers before 10am as the family were going out for brunch. I ordered the flowers weeks in advance paid over 100 NZ dollars and they failed to arrive. I am devasted. This was a gift from the overseas family members. How I wished I had checked the reviews first and organised from a local florist I am so upset and would not recommend this organisation. I emailed them just after 10am NZ time and have had no response .
