Waited 40 minutes in a queue for repeat medication. Staff member didn't care. Will change pharmacy now.

You did absolutely sh1t to be quite frank! ‘ASDA PHARMACY’ Your supermarkets literally have Pharmacies INSIDE them! Why then did I need to wait on someone bothering to review my order before putting it in the post?! I pay, I pick up - SIMPLE! NOO?!?!??!!!

There’s nothing wrong with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was lovely and helped me with my check up that the doctors no longer give. Give them some credit.

Asda in Eastleigh in-store Pharmacy. You have here an example of when someone does something badly and it mean so bad I'm taking legal advice. Google reviews for this places made my chin drop to the floor. I have no idea how they still operate or have a license to trade as a pharmacy form the local health authority. It needs sorting out and NOW

I visited the Asda Pharmacy at Rochdale yesterday and asked to speak to the pharmacist in charge, which happened to be a locum pharmacist called Shaheera Imran. I was dealt with promptly and taken to a side room for privacy purposes (so the people in the long queue behind me didn’t have to listen).
Shaheera asked questions in a friendly but very professional manner. She provided me with a diagnosis and treatment and then went on to highlight what further symptoms I should look out for which could indicate further treatment being required. I left the pharmacy with my mind put at rest and no need to spend half an hour on the phone at 8am the following morning to get an appointment at my doctors.
In a time when GP services are stretched and it’s difficult to get an appointment, the importance of considering whether to consult with a pharmacist first should not be underestimated. Asda Pharmacy, Rochdale and in particular Shaheera Imran provided a fantastic service. Thank you.

the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, the guy at the checkout doesn't speak English, it's hard for him to understand anything. the waiting time is counted in years, although the prescription was sent a few days earlier. the waiting time is just as long as if I brought the prescription myself and the gentlemen went to collect herbs for these medicines.

Open until 8 so doc said to get urgent prescription from here Sarcastic woman said they’re open but don’t take prescriptions. This is why the nhs is a mess, a prescription or night in a and e. Very rude! Very unhelpful and took two of them to say they can’t do anything even though open. Then they walked off while I was talking

Rubbish opening time

Went to collect a prescription that was sent over the day before. Told it hadn't arrived there yet, so I showed them the NHS app confirmation and suddenly it was there. Whilst waiting the pharmacist called a gent who had gone to get some shopping whilst waiting. When he came back the dispensing pharmacist made a sarcastic comment about calling him 3 times. There is no need to be so rude or give false information about prescriptions especially when you can look it up on the app.

Wife rang the pharmacy at asda Portsmouth 5 times, phone rang out or said no one available. Aweful service with no-one answering phone

Asda Havant phamary have no care for patients. The pharmasist is rude and does not want to help people. I will never use this servuce again. If you want care and attentuon I would recommend somewhere else.

I wanted to change from an online pharmacy to a local one on the high street for my repeat prescriptions. Asda happened to be my local pharmacy. The Asda pharmacy website indicated that I had the option to register for either postal delivery or to collect at my local Asda pharmacy in store. I followed the process and registered to collect in store. The website gives detail of timings etc for both delivery and click and collect. I was then directed to the pharmacy.asda.com portal to order my prescriptions.
On 29th Jan I ordered my first prescription via the portal and according to the NHS app my GP approved this on 30th Jan. Nothing was updated on the portal. On 3rd Feb I got an email from Asda Pharmacy informing me that they are no longer my nominated pharmacy. This was go great concern as I have a prescription on order which was now becoming urgent if I needed to re-order.
A phone call (and a long time in a queue) clarified the point.
If you want to collect your medication in store you should not register via the pharmacy.asda.com site. You nominate your local Asda Pharmacy via NHS and order via your GP. You won't get any communication from Asda re progress or when your prescription is ready. You just need to pop down a day or two after your GP has approved it.

My partner was prescribed urgent medication from a new GP for poorly managed treatment of asthma from a previous GP
The request was sent as urgent from the GP on the Friday we left it till Saturday morning to give time for prescription to be done. Staff were rude and said they hadn’t got it no attempt to help try and get it. Then another colleague came and said didn’t you hear her we haven’t got it !!
So we had to get the prescription from staff which was a job on its own.
Called another pharmacy and they had everything in they were lovely helpful and understanding of the situation
Asda Pharmacy waste of time my partner would have been in hospital if they were the only pharmacy
Advice go to a proper chemist pharmacy!!!

Would not give a disability person a spoon,measure to take chest infection medication. I will leave it to your good selves to imagine the outcome. Would I,we use Asda pharmacy again ( your guess )

Keep being told visit your chemist to save going to the doctor so Mrs did this & they told her to go to doctors which she did , doctor told her she could’ve gone to chemist as the treatment was over counter ! So much for saving NHS & doctors time ! They need better trained people .
