Poor

Evri left my package unattended in the pouring rain while I was at work came home and the package was gone I’ve emailed poster store all I keep getting it what seems like al replies, I’m so annoyed as it was a gift and I’m £40 odd out of pocket and need to rush around to find a replacement gift. Please issue me a refund you use a rubbish delivery service and make your customer wait to a replacement or refund. No my fault.

Nightmare doing returns

Update- I finally got the items returned but was charged a £10 admin fee for doing so!!!! Disgusting company.

Great choice & great value

They always have a great choice for each season. They normally deliver very fast and alway very secure wrapping.
At these prices it would be hard to find anywhere better

I've been battling for 4 days now over…

I've been battling for 4 days now over a order £250+ order thats been delivered smashed on arrival.

Only way to contact them is via email which on day 3 I got ignored the whole day 😡

The order is sat in my hallway waiting for some sort of response on what to do !!!!

I have sent multiple emails with photos and batch codes and original packing.....again someone else answers it asking the same thing " can you send batch codes and photos of the damage" to the point it seems automated.

If this carries on I will have to go through my credit card company under section 75 to claim the money back.

Will not be ordering again from these very disappointing and stressful!

Please note I did order in the past which had better results......Returning customer has been lost.
30th sept ----wanted batch codes photos were sent the same day no reply.
2nd Oct ---- 4th day email sent in the morning requesting an outcome no reply.
5th day email sent got a reply they will refund my money.

Very cheap photocopies

Very cheap photocopies. I paid £35.00
For 4 very cheap, faded photocopies on cheap, thin paper. Three of 4 had a border so did not match and were not the size stated or pictured. No information about returns and no response from email.

UK Addresses: Stupendously difficult for their webform address system to accept a house NAME (I have no number)!
Took some time to fool the system - their webform needs urgent attention.

Tried to place an order with this…

Tried to place an order with this company but during checkout you have to fill in your address. Unfortunately the website doesn’t allow you to do this if your property has a name rather than a number !!! There are literally tens of thousands of properties in the UK whose homes have names and I have never had a problem when dealing with firms based abroad in the past.
I emailed them and explained the issue but no-one could resolve the issue and therefore I had to go to another company to make my purchase.
Very disappointing and a shame they can’t fix this issue as they are losing out on potential sales.

Awful the order never even arrived

Awful the order never even arrived. They said it was returned by sender , although we both work from home, so at home all day and definitely did not receive this! No refund as yet, you can’t contact the company by phone, emails ignored.
I have never wrote a bad review in my life but this company feels like a scam! This was for my husband’s birthday and so really disappointing. I would be careful as feel this company is dishonest and will take money but not deliver goods. Also they took 9 days to even dispatch!!!! I mean how long does it take to press print 🙈😳. Just all round a rubbish experience avoid at all costs .

Delivery address needed a number. Completely useless if you house just has a name.
I’ve had to get it delivered to someone else’s house

Waited weeks and this did not arrive

Waited weeks and this did not arrive. They tried to deliver to the wrong address so item was sent back. The business owner has made no attempt to send me a new one even though I’ve sent multiple emails saying item did not arrive. He is now ignoring my emails because I gave him a 1 star review. The poster was ment for my daughters birthday and she is disappointed she did not get it as it it was one of the main presents she asked for. It’s now been over a month since I ordered it. Not professional at all.

Profit over Quality…

Lovely selection of posters but very disappointed with the quality. Thin paper and not worth the price paid, would have returned but seeing reviews didn't think it a good idea. Such a pity, think someone is out to make a hefty profit!

Unable to contact Customer Services regarding wrong print being sent

Hi there. I have used Posterstore on a few occasions now and recommended them to my elderly mother. I have tried to use the online form but it does not seem to be working and I cannot find a phone number anywhere for customer services. Firstly, i have had to pick up the order number 4421034 from Evri click & collect even though we requested the order to be delivered to my mum’s home address as she cannot drive and has to rely on other people in these situations. We have now collected the order and have been sent two of the same print. The prints are also bent in the top corner. We have not been sent the Field of Poppys poster as ordered. Can someone please get in touch to sort out the situation please.
