RescueMate Mobile Tyres 

So I left my Information like the website said. Someone phoned and seemed helpful and it looked as though I’d be sorted. I was offered 2 options for tyres. By the sounds of it they were budget tyres. I asked for premium tyres and a price. The person on the phone said they’d call me back in 10 - 15 mins with a price. An hour went by and I didn’t hear anything. So I called the number I was contacted on. I explained the situation. He was abrupt, rude and didn’t seem even remotely interested. He took my first name and said I’ll get someone to call you back. Then put the phone down. Guess what I heard nothing!! I’m not surprised. Looking at the responses from this company to poor reviews it’s clearly obvious they’re a bunch of chancers who have zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs. I’d push my car home before paying this lot!

Today I came back to my car after leaving a friend’s house to find that my tyre was completely flat. After being let down by my car’s breakdown cover, a local garage, Kwik Fit AND Halfords I messaged Rescuemate and almost immediately received a text back from Leigh who arranged for someone to come and replace my tyre. Within 90 minutes a gentleman came all the way from Pemberton Tyres in Wigan and replaced my tyre. It was a bit more expensive than the other providers might have been but worth it for the excellent service. Will definitely recommend.

After blowing out a tyre on one of many potholes plaguing our roads these days I called these guys after a quick Google search and they were helpful, patient and very quick at getting roadside tyre replacement guy out to me.

This company is excellent.
My car does not have a spare, so when my tire was torn, I had to get somebody out to help me. Firstly, I actually managed to speak to a person without having to go through any automated service. They got somebody to me within 60 minutes and had me back on my way. 15 minutes later. Cannot recommend them enough.

100% recommend going with these! Not only did they come out within the hour when stuck on the motorway but also very friendly and reassuring. Easy payment and great communication from initial contact through to the engineer turing up. Really happy with the service and 100% would use again.

Absolutely brilliant! Filled out an online form, was called back in minutes and someone was on the way! They’re so friendly and quick. There was an error made with the tyre size ( my fault) so they ensured I could get back home and then drove all the way back to my address to change the tyre to the right size absolutely free of charge. Would highly recommend and I’ve saved their number in case! Thank you Rescue Mate!

When you find yourself in a tyre panic it was lovely to find a company that responded quickly. The process was easy to navigate from start to completion, very professional service

I feel ripped off by this company. My wife booked a tyre change over the phone, not realising the huge charge for an "emergency" service we didn't need. I called them back immediately to cancel and was charged a £59.99 (!) cancellation fee. I emailed them about it but they weren't receptive. Highly aggravating experience overall.

Only needed our spare putting onto our trailer- no tyre needed. £169 just for call out, so hard to believe the £89 average cost. Had to wait 2 hours 45 minutes in lay by despite being told repeatedly that they would take 60-90 minutes. Eventually showed. It was a 5 minute job and he put the wheel nuts on the wrong way round, with the cone shape outside and the wheel not centered on the studs despite me questioning it, (and all 3 of the other wheels’ nuts clearly being the other way round). Back on the road in 3 hours, with excuses about heavy traffic.

Came out to me within 20mins, sorted my tyre out roadside. Very affordable and a lovely bloke. Thanks conor. Great service

This service was a bit of a life saver! They were the only company who could come out the same day, and I didn't have to wait too long. They gave me a set time slot and arrived exactly when they said they would, calling ahead to say they were on the way. The tyre was replaced quickly and effectively, and he sorted out the pressure in all my other tyres too. I'll be keeping their number in my phone and telling my friends to do likewise!

Having been abandoned by the RAC, having limped to a garage on a burst tyre who also didn't help me out, i called rescue mate who came out and sorted me out, efficient, polite and the only one to help me when no one would. Highly recommend

Hit a pot hole and was stuck 2 hours from home. Called a few tyre companies that could only dirt in the following days. Called Rescue Mate and spoke with Charles and the soles and efficiency of dealing with my tyre replacement was outstanding. He was very friendly and delivered great customer service. Tyre engineer was out approx 90 minutes later and again was very friendly and changed the tyre in less than 15 minutes. Price is obviously more expensive but I needed to get home and Rescue Mate made that happen in an exemplary way. Would definitely use again in my moment of need.

Amazing service. Mobile tyre fitter arrived within 40 minutes. Not cheap but a lifesaver! RAC we’re going to take two hours to tow me to a tyre shop!

Was having a shocking time after receiving my car back from a garage with quite clear a quick puncture (guess it isn’t there job is it :/) but that’s to Max and the team down at Rescue Mate for getting my day back on track, the pay in 3 was especially helpful after an experience December/ start to January.

I woke up to a flat tyre the day before my girls' birthdays so needed the car. I called and despite apparently having an uncommon tyre, they had fpund one and called back within 15 minutes with a quote. Once I accepted, I had the tyre on my car within an hour and a half. Emergency tyre fitting is expensive but sometimes is necessary and at these times, invaluable. The service was quick and effective and friendly.

Lightning fast service from the RescueMate team with a mobile tyre repair within about an hour when I was stuck in the middle of nowhere...kudos to Gareth for his great customer service...amazing. Thank you.
