Royale Basic provided excellent customer service to resolve an issue regarding my order, which unfortunately could not be fulfilled, and provided a full refund as well as taking the action needed to resolve the root cause.

the order was never filled

the order was never filled. was told it was held up and then lost in shipping then was informed of my refund and was told the product would be sent free of charge, as of today nothing yet. will not recommend royal basics to anyone.

Fraud on account refused to refund!

My detailsbhad been hacked into. I live in the UK and I contacted the company letting them know I did not place and order and to cancel.

The company refused to acknowledge what is already a stressful time. Stated they have all my details that match and threatened me with legal action if the order was not paid for! No attempt to help me and understand what I was saying.

I requested a charge back with my bank account and have been refunded however Royale Basic have threatened to take this further if payment is not made!

I have co tacted several companies were my card has been used and all have looked into it and resolved and refunded.

Do better Royale Basic.. I hope you never experience you details being cloned and the stress it brings.

Your order was placed using your correct name, phone number, email address, billing address, and shipping address—all of which matched your credit card's registered details. The order was shipped to your home address, not to a third-party location, which is extremely uncommon in actual fraud cases.

You did not contact us prior to initiating the chargeback. Had you reached out when you received the order confirmation email (which was sent to your email), we would have happily canceled and refunded the order immediately. Instead, you filed a chargeback after the product shipped, and only contacted us afterward, leaving us no choice but to defend ourselves against what appears to be an unjustified dispute.

We are a small business, and chargebacks not only cost us financially but also affect our relationship with payment providers. That’s why we responded firmly—not to dismiss your concerns, but to protect ourselves from potential abuse.

Despite the situation, we’re still open to resolving this amicably. If you work with your bank to withdraw the chargeback, we will immediately process a full refund ourselves—no questions asked.

We hope this adds clarity for anyone reading.

Wolf mask

I brought wolf mask and it turn up but was nothing like in the pic, it was cheap rubber one thats on ebay for £10. So I ask to return it for full refund.After poor communication. I received a really nice email from the company. They apologise and was shocked as the mask was nothing like the pic. They offered full refund and said to keep the mask. But the mask is no good as its very cheap version. Its not what I order or shown on the site. They even gone and above and beyond offer full replacement mask when that werewolf mask shown comes in stock.so im hopefully hoping that the mask does come in stock as it looks really good quality and looks life like .This why I ordered it great cosplay mask. Thank you for sorting this orde out.

motorcycle goggles…

I search the web for motorcycle goggles for quite some time, I know there's a lot of them out there and I finally found what I liked but it was with a company that I've never heard of Royale Basic, and I liked the price. I decided to take a chance and order them. They were very efficient sending emails Etc. I finally received my product took about a week or so. The quality of the product was outstanding. I really like them when I first opened the box, unfortunately they did not fit, I have large glasses that I wear and the goggles wouldn't fit over the top.
Not sure where to send them back to, I sent an email and a couple of days later I received an unexpected refund. I contacted the company letting them know that I have not sent the goggles back yet, they told me to keep the product and pass along or gift it to somebody. $53.00 refund including shipping. Now!! That's customer service. They were efficient and professional. Thank you Royale Basic.

Had a problem at the start and thought it might be a scan but after contacting royal basic they got back in touch quickly and explained the problem and helped get the product resent straight away, worth waiting for the product and great service from royal basic support group. Thankyou

Don't Bother With Them

I ordered a garden tool that was supposed to come with a long handle. The hardware arrived, but the handle did not.

Since my item wasn't in stock, it had to be shipped in from overseas. I contaced customer service and got a canned reply that indicated the sender had no idea what I was talking about.

This is my first exper4ience with this company and it will be my last.

I ordered a spring wreath that was…

I ordered a spring wreath that was beautiful on the web page. When I received the wreath it was horrible, much smaller than what I saw and was plastic. I paid $47.00 dollars for something I could have purchased on Temu for $2.00 and it would have looked a bit better than what I received. I was very disappointed and it took weeks to receive.

They shipped the wrong product

They shipped the wrong product. We notified them. They requested that we provided photos of the shipped lamps, to indicate that they were incorrect. Which we did. They then sent us a reply to keep the lamps and receive a 10% discount on a future order. We declined the discount and requested to return and to provide the shipping label for the return. They did provide the shipping return label we packaged back and returned the lamps. Over a month had passed and we followed up on the status of our credit for the purchase. We received a response that due to the timing in their return policy having expired prior to them receiving the lamps back that they can no longer provide us with the credit. Which brings me to their convenient back and forth during the return period as part of what I now believe to be a scam on their end. They then stated they would send the product back to us since no credit provided. One month has passed and we are out over $200 and no lamps sent back to us. I am taking this time to warn others, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL!
