Poor delivery time

The product wasn't too bad when received but very creased. The delivery time was shocking, way over the appointed delivery date, wasn't happy. But they did give me a £10 refund.

Do contact them by email for support Rather than phone, they responded very quickly

There was a little initial trouble with the order, but when I wrote to ask what was happening they replied immediately and sorted it out, plus gave me a partial refund as an apology and expediting the shipping from Canada. Excellent customer service! I was very happy.

Beautiful Product & Great Customer Service

Having had a few negative experiences ordering online in recent years from companies whose products shipped from China and did not look as advertised when they arrived, and whose customer service was terrible, I was initially hesitant about ordering, but I had been missing the warm glow that our Christmas tree casts into our living room after the Holiday Season and googled "ambient lighting solutions that mimic a Christmas Tree." Most suggestions missed the mark until I came upon the "Christmas Tree Vine" through Royale Basic. I ordered the longer of the two options that has 90+ lights which came to $52 CAD after the exchange from USD on my credit card. Shortly after ordering, I received a very apologetic email explaining that they were temporarily out of stock and was offered my choice of either a full refund or a 20% credit if I was willing to wait a couple of extra weeks for my item to arrive. I chose the latter option and the credit was promptly applied to my credit card and my vine arrived sooner than anticipated and looks exactly as advertised. My husband and I installed it on the wall. Nothing is included with which to hang the vine, but we used the small, clear 3M Command hooks which work perfectly. Initially, it seemed the remote control included to turn the LED lights off and on was not working after we removed the plastic tab. I contacted Royal Basic to notify them and they offered to send a replacement if I could send a photo of the remote. In the meantime, my husband had managed to open the remote, which had been a bit tricky because the back did not simply slide off as usual but had a tiny screw that needed to first be removed. Upon opening the remote, we realized that it did not contain a battery and once we put in one of our own, it all worked well. I contacted Royale Basic once more to notify them that we no longer required a replacement and explained that the remote hadn't worked because the battery had been missing. They were very apologetic about the inconvenience and credited my card another $5 USD as compensation. I would certainly recommend Royale Basic and would order from them again. My Christmas Tree Vine looks beautiful and adds a cozy glow to our living room and truly is the next best thing to our Christmas Tree. The company was quick to respond when I reached out to them and their correspondence was always polite, apologetic, and helpful. Customer care and satisfaction is clearly a priority to this company, and I certainly recommend them.

Item looks nothing like what was…

Item looks nothing like what was advertised on site. Barely lit up as well. The quality of the looks to be as cheap as possible.

Use email if you have a problem.

No one answers the phone to answer questions or complaints. After waiting for 17 minutes no one answered your online chat either. Order was not delivered - company said shipper lost it. I was refunded my cost.

Update: the company refunded my $, and also sent a free high quality lamp to me, which was generous. The company, however, still does not answer their phone. If you have a problem, send an email, which, in my case, was answered promptly.

Lamp Issue, Great Customer Service!

My lamp came in the mail and there was a broken piece that made it unable to charge, but the customer service team has been great and so graciously responded to my complaint with many alternatives to resolve the issue.

Ordered a Christmas Gift

Ordered a Christmas Gift. Paid extra to have gift arrive before Christmas. Item was late but no worries reached out to the support team explained how the gift was not delivered by the guarantee date, they apologized and refunded the extra cost for shipping. The support team/ company emails to me were very professional and thoughtful. Will definitely order from this company again!

What a great company!!!!

What a great company! And what awesome products they sell at a reasonable price.
I really appreciated how quickly Royale Basic was to respond to my myriad of questions. I had a very large order and they were wonderful to work with. There was a postal strike which was obviously out of their control so they went to great lengths to assure that I received my order before Christmas.

Never Received ANY of my items

I placed an order on November 17th for over $400 worth of lights. So far only the "free" item that came with my order has showed up. All of the tracking numbers that come with my order do not work and I have called multiple times (there is never anyone available to talk) and also emailed with no response. I would never order from here again, and would either like my things or a FULL refund.
