Very poor quality of service, waist of time and money. Do not recommend any women saloon services

Cleaners didn’t come on given time. On checking I was informed that the assigned team was dropped at wrong address. Poor service. They think credit of AED 25 will compensate their failures.

Pathetic, unprofessional and incompetent staff service market have . First of all they don’t show up , even if they come they make sure service is bad and customer is completely dissatisfied and when we complain they give us standard AED50 discount on future services which are again over priced , so that they earn more money from there cheap tactics. Whoever the marketing heads are , pls get some brain!! You need to improve your quality. Cz customer comes first in every profession. #cheapsters #cheapmarketingtactics #unprofessionalmarketservice

This is the worst example of an organisation I have ever come across. Have tried to use them numerous times, mostly someone never turns up and on the odd occasion they do it’s normally someone who doesn’t speak English.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Literally the worst cleaning services ever!!!!!! A waste of time and money!!! The cleaners are completely terrible at the job! My kitchen was left unclean and done! Booked for a 3 hour service and my kitchen was left exactly the way it was found! I’m appalled! Never ever again will even bother using them because this was literally the second I submitted the same complaint with a different cleaner.

Very bad service from start to finish. From confirmation emails in gibberish to no communication till last minute to leaving you to the mercy of 3rd parties.

I booked a cleaning service with Service Market for 5 PM and received a confirmation email. Starting from 4 PM, I tried reaching their call center, but no one answered. By 5 PM, after several attempts to get in touch via online chat, they finally told me that no one was available to come and clean. Instead, they apologized and said they could send someone the next day.

This is completely unacceptable. I have guests coming over tonight, and their failure to deliver has caused me a lot of stress. I don't know how to manage everything now. If you're looking for a reliable service, I highly recommend avoiding Service Market. Their lack of communication and professionalism is truly disappointing.

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Work

The job was extremely disappointing. They didn’t bother to clean the area beforehand, leaving visible dirt and residue. On top of that, they failed to remove the old silicone properly, leading to an uneven and messy finish. When asked to fix it, they refused and demanded extra money for materials, which should have been included in the initial price. Overall, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

I looked for movers online,
First of all, the team assigned was 30 minutes late.. I had a long day ahead, and if I was able to be on time, they should as well, and I shouldn't have to wait 30 min in front of the storage unit.
They did what I asked, but instead of taking the initiative, I had to ask them each time to unpack each box one by one.
They did assemble a few furniture pieces, a couch, two tables, and two lights, but because the previous packers and storage misplaced my bed frame, they did not assemble that.
I had to leave for 1 hr to do something at work, I told them ahead of time .. as soon as I left 15 min later they called and told me "They finished". They came at 9:30 and it was 1 pm.. I told them to wait. They stressed me out as I had to drive back immediately through traffic without being able to do what I had for work.
They said they would go for lunch. When I got back to the apartment there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the house and no one was there.
They started installing the washing machine, but one knob was faulty and they did not turn it off .. just left it.. I could have had a flood because of their negligence.
In the end, they asked me for 5-star rating which bothered me as they are far from that.
One of them asked me for money to buy some plug for the washing machine and never gave me the receipt or the rest from 50 ..I tipped them each 100 dh because I am a nice customer, and in this economy, everyone deserves some reward, but I am very disappointed in the price and the service.
They never packed anything, I had to constantly tell them to unpack, the flood.. the "finishing" in under 4 hrs, and the "good rating request" at the end was the cherry on top of the cake for me,,,
Pls don't give high estimates for this kind of service. I don't ever want to deal with this company and no one followed up with me regarding the bed or washing machine .. none of them were installed and no one asked to schedule the cleaner offered as a service the next day.

Overall very dissapointing and I will be sure to share this feedback on trust pilot and every social platform as Service Market did not do me any service.

I can't believe it. It was supposed that they arrive at 10 o'clock. It's 11:45 now and no-one showed up. All I get is promises that they will be arriving and asking me to be patient. I ended up not getting a service from them or getting the service from someone else during this time. Definitely a waste of time.

Terrible service after the ac cleaning team broke my ac causing massive leaks, no customer service after multiple calls and promises of call backs, diabolical

I had my nails done - the ladies were lovely and tried their best.

The nail varnish was thick, and the brush was not up to much - to summarise when my friend saw my nails she asked if a child had done them.

I had a French finish, and the white bit was so wobblly, thick and uneven - I do think if the ladies had a decent paint and a decent brush it might have been better.

I gave 2 stars to them and pof course they reached out to me, but didn't offer anything to 'make it right'.

I had to ask - they offered a touch up - which was useless as I had taken off the polish, I also had it done for na event.

They then offered credit and 20% discount on a second booking - which I went to use, but hasn't been applied.

I won't use the Women's Salon again - and if you're thinking of it - don't do it if you have an event and you want your nails to look nice

this is the type of app i can rely on, it has lots to offer from cleaning rooms, pet grooming so far i recently done, cant complain as they have lots of professional staff my next will be salon at home service😍 as well as laundry please continue to do good job i salute and respect you guys a lot.

Wish I could give no star at all, had an extremely terrible experience with them, booked to helpers to only place kitchen utensils in the cabinets and the result was disasterous: they placed all our cook ware under thr kitchen sink where usually the bin goes, all plastics we scattered together in mess, and when I email the company for feed back, it's an adress not found respond!! Save your money and do not use them.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! Misleading on the advice given. Technicians took advantage of my wife's inexperience with maintenance issues and charged her double the price of the actual service needed (which was a simple cleaning service for an AC unit).

When I called to question the tactics, I was basically yelled at by someone explaining that they treat everyone equally.. I have also seen other examples of reviews online that don't necessarily reflect the score that they give on their website for reviews.

It is a shame, as the amount was relatively small in comparison to losing a client who was simply seeking a trust-worthy service provider over long period of time. To miss out on repeat business for essentially 130 AED seems a bit silly to me.

Would strongly recommend an alternative company!! I have also read other reviews on the company that represent a score of 1.7 out of 5. It seems that they are trying to set up a different account to distance themselves from a score that is more representative of the level of service actually given.

Worst service ever. Doesn't send email confirmation, never calls back and terrible communication. Cancelled my appointment twice today and ruined my whole day. Never use them!!!

I hired Service Market to do a 6+ hour "deep clean" of my apartment, for a cost of over AED1,000. The deep clean was advertised as a general cleaning service plus a deep clean of interior of cupboards, etc. So, a normal cleaning service, but much better. A team of 3 people arrived, and when describing the services I wanted, they basically said they ONLY do certain things and would not even strip the beds and wash the sheets and linens. So, having paid 1000 AED, with 3 people here, I am doing washing and the other bits they "cannot do". Absolutely mad. DO NOT USE - this company is inflexible and not interested in actually catering to the needs of its customers.

I had two experiences with Service Market to clean the house. They were very good both times in terms of schedule and cleanliness, so I advise you to deal with them and also make some offers as a discount on the first request.
