Sadly, Service Market in the UAE is such a disappointment. Several months ago, I booked a steam clean for my couch. The staff ended up damaging the cushion covers by using the steam too close to the fabric. It took me over a month with dozens of emails and phone calls to have Service Market provide a resolution in the form of reupholstering the couch (they refused to replace it due to the cost). The couch was taken away for 2 weeks and returned after being reupholstered. The workmanship was quite poor and I have since been chasing Service Market for a follow-up but they have stopped responding. I would never recommend their services to anyone as they will leave you out-of-pocket, frustrated and disappointed. I now plan to take the legal route and have them compensate me for damages.

Crevice market isn’t a company at all .it is just a middle man that gets customers card number and transfer the message to a second contractor . They are irresponsible . Are not following up on the job done and when the job is poorly done don’t question the subcontractor . They ruined my kitchen cabinets and worse than that for a separate job while I was paying the technician who fixed the A/c thermostat started recording me while I was entering my credit card pin . And nobody takes the responsibility there is nowhere to complain and nobody to answer . Don’t trust them . When the quality of job is poor .nobody takes the responsibility

I booked for cleaning service at 1:30pm they were late for half an hour once i gave a call to know where are they! They told me that the team are not able to come after they confirmed my booking and they have a technical issue no body informed me and i spent my time waiting for them they are not professional at all am so disappointed even customer service not helpful at all

I had booked home Salon At Home service through Service Market for eyebrows, pedicure and facial. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. Started with the technician being late by almost 45 minutes. Since the app doesn't show which person will be performing the service or their rating, the only way to contact the "professional" is through their messaging system (so not efficient).
A lady named Shree arrived and started the service. The way she was threading my eyebrows was so slow and painful. When I confronted, she told me this is how I do it. After this, she made me recline on my chair and started the facial. Half way through the service, when it was time for the steam, she lifted the machine (that was switched on and already boiling the water inside) and got very close to me. The water came gushing out on the left side of my face, particularly burning the area around my left eye and cheek.

The cleaners were very professional. They knew what to do and did not get in the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service! 💯

Bad customer service. Complaints ae not taken serious even if flat damaged by a supplier they recommended to you. At least they can do is remove him or give warning to him so third party will do his job correctly.

The poorest service. The booking is useless, they will come on their own time. Instead of helping me to lessen my stress, the more stress i got from this cleaning company, never again.

Poor service, lack of accountability and completely powerless. This is how I describe Service Market services based on the facts.

I used Service Market services for over a month in hope that it will get better and NO, it didn't get better...

-Cleaner arrived either too early or late.
-Cleaner receiving constant phone calls from the driver not allowing her to perform her duty.
-Cleaner being pushed by the driver to leave regardless if cleaner finished her work or not and despite it is 15 minutes too early to leave.
-Cleaner throwing water left and right and thats how they "clean" without even drying.
-Service Market call center customer service is helpless... unable to capture clear requests to send the same cleaner on every booking.
-Cleaner arriving with a terrible cough and flu to do the work, spreading the illness to the customers. When challenged her on why she came if she was clearly sick she mentioned that her supervisor forced her to work sick.

At the end, Service Market is just a middle man between the customer and the real cleaning company and as such, Service Market is not empowered to take corrective actions over any deficient service given by the cleaning company... They are good apologising, I give them that credit.

I booked deep cleaning of the house. First day team came 3h late,during this time nobody called me and the office could not reach the dedicated team for cleaning to see why they didn't come.when they came after 3h we agreed to move the service because it was late. So second time they arrived on time, cleaned during 3hours and when they finished with deep cleaning, my apartment was more dirty...team did not wear gloves, used the dirty mop and dirty clothes, kitchen counter was sticky, oven was not even opened, the areas they "cleaned" was wet, with hear and dirt, they did not bother to move things left and right when dusting...overall very bad experience with this company, would not recommend them to anyone.

Had my email address used by someone who booked their service. She hasn't paid, and I'm now getting harassed by the company. I've informed them that the email address is incorrect to no avail.

Extremely poor customer service; without adequate notification, last minute they alter and cancel the services that were scheduled.
Never, ever make an internet payment.

Was looking for a cleaning service on Google. Clicked on a sponsored ad from Servicemarket that advertised an offer of AED 14 per hour. Add to this an additional AED 10 and VAT the total rounded to approx AED 39 for a 2 hour job. I was asked to sign up and register. After the booking I was charged AED 91.35 for the cleaning service! Called customer service and they said someone will call me back about this. This is alarming and I will not entertain any explanations. I’ve demanded for a refund without any excuses on the overcharge!

I booked home cleaning 10:00-10:30, nobody came. Team called me 10:45, I said nobody is here. They said “ ill check with the team what happen.”. In 1 hour I write messages to them. The answer was the same “ ill check with the team what happen.”. After they didn’t answer on my messages, I asked about return the money, they didn’t answer. The baddest service! I didn’t get home cleaning and I didn’t get money back to my wallet. Nobody doesn’t answer

Nobody ever showed up for the cleaning appointment I had or informed me why. Definitely don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Very bad experience…. Unprofessional customer service and untrained staff. I requested their service for home cleaning and ended up redoing everything from ironing to cleaning. No one was available from customer support to answer for this unprofessionalism and waste of my time and money. Not ordering any service from them ever again. Very very bad experience.

Unprofessional and not client-oriented at all. They are unresponsible for the services that they provide and withdraw money when the service is provided badly with a lot of issues! Definitely not recommended this company.

To begin with, I have no grievances regarding the two ladies assigned to the task.
They were extremely hardworking, cooperative, and attentive to our directions, given the tools at their disposal.
However, when choosing a partner to dispatch a team for thorough cleaning, it's crucial to pick a competent one and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools.
Regrettably, despite assurances from your customer service that a skilled team, complete with all necessary cleaning equipment and detergents, would attend to my apartment, this was not the case.
I found myself purchasing detergents, mats, and other essential cleaning supplies from the supermarket to facilitate the deep cleaning I had requested. What was conducted in my apartment falls short of true deep cleaning due to the lack of professional-grade equipment. It felt like sending soldiers into battle With no armor
They end up cleaning my floors tiles with tissue paper 🤣🤣🤣 due to lack of thier own tools

Had kitchen lights provided and fixed and after few weeks we found out nothing is working anymore and they were installed in very dangerous manner.
I asked to do it again but they insist I pay again.
Avoid this company as their so called service is ZERO!!!
