Very slow... bad quality service

They stole
My money and didn’t provide any service. Then wouldn’t communicate, listen to my complaint or return my money.

SCAM!!! Fail to show up to my appointment and they charge me for cancelling!!! Contacting the police over these robbers!!

definitely 0 star rating as per my experience of home cleaning the contractor the person sent for cleaning all were in same tune, the cleaner was just trying to waste time by snail pace work and when told to do other job straight way said not possible in 2 hrs with bad attitude, cleaning of a descent already cleaned home of 2 bhk and not able to clean in 2 hrs was surprising and when raised this issue with support team they called the cleaner and then cleaner started shouting to the contractor who called and made a mess at home and then cleaner started arguing why you raised complaint and again a mess was created paid service turned in to headache and unpleasant atmosphere at home, where even kids got scared due to loud arguments between cleaner and contractor ( service market knows it well have all as what's app history as well finally they stopped replying called and again nothing, contractor called and said cleaner will cut 70 Aed from salary and again cleaner started arguing with loud voice. this is not we we asked as a service.
a major mistake that will not repeat,
a lesson can be learnt from my mistake, may be not in all cases it will happen but mine was a bad day, i could have done better cleaning then what they claim total failure company.

Service market provides you with unprofessional service providers. Scheduling a visit is almost impossible since the providers just do not show up. When addressing the issue to the customer service of service market, you get told that nothing was ever scheduled. Nobody even bothers.

Very bad client service by phone. They don’t give the fourniture, only one small towel totally dirty!!!!!!! I asked for everything (since I payed for a service with materials) but they don’t give anything. Hopefully the clean maid was very kind and professional.
Unfortunately she is working for a company like yours. Hope she will find better than your poor quality service

Worst service, incompetent people. It apparently took them 3.5 hours to put up 5 40cm blinds and 5 bigger ones. They completely overcharged me for their own incompetence.

Worst service from ServiceMarket, they sent a very incompetent team which didn’t know the work and waisted my time and damaged my furniture. And they charged me extra time for the incompetence of their team

Wish I had looked at trust pilot before booking as I can see lots of issues. Used their services for a PCR test, the info was never received in the timeframe allocated, they won’t accept responsibility and blames the customer for “deleting the SMS”. Offering me a 1/4 of the price paid as credit!

Do not use this company if you can avoid it. It is the least transparent company I have ever had to deal with. Nothing is done correctly, everything is a rip off. I was quoted 85dhs to plumb my washing machine. Technician said I was missing a pipe. That pipe ended up costing me an additional 130 dhs. I was not quoted for the part ans realised that this small tube was available in Ace for 25dhs. Unfortunately this is the kind of money making tactics they use. Very sad.

I totally agree with all the reviews here that says these guys used to be great, definitely they used to be great and I used them very often and they used to be the go to for services but now it is the worst experience I had couple of times now. All they do now is find the cheapest service , charge high for it, the people that come to deliver the service are unprofessional and don't have the tools and even when you provide tools they manage to damage something in your house. Finally and the baddest thing about Service market is the support they got , the support team is just trying to get rid of you even when the service team they sent damaged stuff at your place. It is worthless and no one should use them anymore

Great for handyman and cleaning - use it at least 1-2 times a month

Their “laundry service” states that they will give you the laundry bag, dimensions, and that it’s big enough for 2 loads. Iron-only service is 69AED PER BAG. What does that mean to you? To me, if says I can fill the bag and pay one rate of 69AED. WELL, this is not the case. It only covers 3-4 items to be ironed!!! Seriously?? What a rip off and NONE of their documentation states this. The only “per item” service they list, is dry cleaning. They also offer wash/fold service “per bag” - BEWARE!!! This is a ripoff - use WASHMEN instead. At least their prices are reliable.

Big fraud! Legal case is being filed and we got prove for ServiceMarket screwing up big times by faking the documents and then trying to hide it. The nurse changed the flight time by +6h to get the results faster which made us pay a 2nd time at the Airport because it expired by 1 hour. We then asked for a refund since we were not allowed to use that test and were told we can get 100 from 600 back.

If you experienced the same let me know to open a joint legal case.

Avoid. Complete ripoff. Will ask for a bunch of details about the task - even what tools they should bring. Then send somebody with no knowledge of that task or any of the tools mentioned, charge you for a full hour even though they leave after 20 minutes without having fixed anything. Waste of time and money.
