Excellent Service - call me back to save me holding on and I was very satisfied with the service. I was moving out of a premises, they advised they had closed my account, they gave me the balance due, and I was able to pay over the phone straight away. I was really impressed.

Thomas was extremely helpful, searched tirelessly for details of a complicated meter search for which I had no reference to help him. I should now be sorted.
I would say the previous letters, emails and unreturned phone calls suggest that you do need to review your system of customer service.

A water bill was issued one month late…
A water bill was issued one month late by the company.
It was issued the day that I went on holiday over Easter for 2 weeks
Upon my return I received the bill and threatening letters for non payment within 14 days.
They fail to take into account bank holidays or weekends in the terms they enforce upon their customers, but allow for them in their own time scales for performance.
Their customer service team are at best discourteous and dismissive in dealing with concerns that are raised.
When everything works well, its seems they can cope. When things go wrong they adopt the above approach and don't even engage with their customer just issue responses trying to shut down the issue. Customer service at it's worst

Zero correspondence from this company
Source for business are sending threatening false bill claims to my company and staff and I have never had a contract with them or any of their sister companies. I've received over 18 letters threatening bailiff action and disconnection if huge bills are not paid. I've written to source for business 4 times and sent all correspondance recorded delivery. At no point have I ever received a reply. Please do not under any circumstances fall for the threats or even waste your time trying to contact them. Searching on Google will help you to cut through the noise to get to the truth.
Be warned.

Your customer service man knew his stuff in answer to my not straightforward query and spoke reasonably clearly in view of my mentioning I had a hearing problem. He was confident and considerate.
I wish it was clearer what the roles of SWW and source for business are and where the demarcation line is. Is SWW the wholesale and source for business the retail end?
