Excellence Customer service today from Kevin Needham on the Customer helpdesk. The telephone lines were initially very busy and I was offered a call back which happened within the space of two or three minutes. Kevin was super informative and resolved all my queries.

Call handler took time to listen and understand the query I was raising, investigated and resolved in a professional and friendly manner. It was a Source4B transcription error on final meter reading on meter swap - it pays to keep the meter changeover card as human error can creep in during the process. Overall very well handled.
