Boots started to come apart at the seams within a few days of wearing them. When I requested a replacement exchange or refund I recieved a message saying... ' Try using some glue!' And that because they had been worn they could not represent them... Lousy customer support to match the Lousy quality of the product. Shame as they look good...

Fake product descriptions, poor returns policy these guys are scammers. I ordered a pair of cotton pants and was sent polyester pants, they refused returns and refunds.

I ordered a pair of pants and they were not stretchy like advertised. The pants has a stretchy weight but that was it. The fit was baggy and sloppy looking. I reached out to the company the day they arrived and no reply. I've made 2 requests to return them with no luck. It's too go to be true, don't waste your money on cheap pants.

This company is a scam. Sent completely wrong trousers in wrong size. Refused to refund and offer 20% refund. It cones from China. Big fake company.

The material is garbage. They have incorrect sizing. They refuse to give refunds.

Not even sure were to begin. First order went missing and when I asked about it was told "oh sorry it was lost in transit, we'll resend the order, it will arrive in 3-5 days".
They asked for forgiveness on the order which then indicated to me that it was coming out of China and was not a US made product.
Second order took about 2 weeks to arrive and watch the routing of it was comical to say the least.
When it did arrive, the size did not match to what I ordered and when questioned about it, I got the "Oh the website indicates Asian sizes so we converted it to US size for you" how does a size 30 differ in Asia vs US? a 30 inch waist is a 30" waist throughout the world. Then when trying to get a refund - was told "Sorry - No refund".

After waiting almost 3 weeks for my order, because it turns out this company is a drop ship from China, my vest that should've been a little large on me so I could wear it over a jacket was about 4 sizes too small! Apparently they are Chinese sizes as well! I thought I'd found a new place to get my Tactical Supplies, but if I want undersized Chinese clothes, I'll just order directly from Temu! I'm so disgusted that I'm not even going to go through a return nightmare and will just give it to someone small.

I ordered a jacket in large size. It arrived in what appears to be Chinese large size (also called size 10/US-Can S. Many calls to your customer service number found it always busy. You did not reply to me e-mail describing my problem in detail.I have been defrauded.

Took too long to ship. Company misrepresented that it was a U.S. company. Items arrived and out of five only one fit. The others were too small.
The material was a cheap grade of highly flammable material, not durable for tactical use in the field. Company reps failed to respond for a month and then would not send a return shipping lable and would only offer a 50% refund and that seemed to be if I shipped them back at my expense. I had to get PayPal after them and the still managed to squirrel out of paying the full refund. I refuse to send the items back until they send me a shipping lable or pay me for the return shipping since they sent the wrong sizes. Don't buy from them.

Item ordered still hasn't arrived even though tracking said it was at Heathrow on 1st Nov and on shop tracking shows it in Dortmund.

My hubby loves his new boots 👢. He says he feels like he's walking on air. He does landscaping and he goes through boots like it's nothing so hopefully these boots will last him. Thank you.

I would put zero star if I could. Misleading the consumer not telling us the product ships from China and if it does not ship when told, you cannot get ahold of anyone because their Verizon phone number is disconnected. This is a fraudulent company. I needed a backpack I ordered and the site does not ship as soon as they say. A week later so was told in 3 days more days. Now it has been over a week 1:2 and it is still not shipped.

I bought 4 pair of pants and the sizing was a bit confusing. I was sent wrong pants and upon sending them an email explaining the situation they immediately sent me three pair.of pants that fit perfect, grest strong design, comfortable material and warm. Imagine that warm to boot. Oh I forgot they are also waterproof. Amazing and the price of 33.00 a pair. Duluth is 84.00 a pair and they are inferior quality. So restful I took a chance and bought pants from you. I am buying 5 more pair this Christmas and another great pair of tactical boots. Thanks for the great workmanship and quick delivery. I would recommend you to everyone that shops at Duluth and bass pro shop, etc. You won't once you see what tactical world store has. Great work.

Ordered three weeks later still no package. Evri won’t talk to me as customer, sent several requests and had one response stating I would not receive a refund until the package is returned. Tracking number states package has been returned to sender due to incorrect address.

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT buy from these con artists.

You can NOT return the item if it isn’t suitable. I ordered 2 x trousers which are far too long.

When I asked how to return the goods they offer a 20% refund and I can keep the item.

I don’t want the item I want a FULL refund. They then said if I send the item back they will deduct 20% off my refund for restocking costs. This is illegal under UK distance selling laws.

This company sells cheap Chinese goods, don’t be fooled (like I was) to the fancy website and Facebook page.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I wish I had come here to look at these reviews before purchasing. I received my order from them - pants for my 6'5" son who we have a hard time finding well fitting pants. I thought this was a US based company and everything looks great on the website, but the reality is that they are made and shipped from China. The shipping time is far longer than you expect. The product is not even remotely a quality product and differs a great deal from the written description of the product. My son not only could never wear these pants because the length would never satisfy, but despite ordering the same size he wears in jeans he couldn't even remotely come close to pulling them up his legs. The stopped at his thighs and went no further! That is not the case of slight variations in sizing, that is outright fraud. There is no way you can order from this company and expect anything but an unusable product.

Read the return policy before you buy! We order a size 30/30 pants and received a size “M” which does not fit. They will not refund your money only 50% even though they were never worn and tags still on. They also want you to pay shipping costs. So you pay shipping costs to have them shipped to you and shipping costs for the return. You’re paying shipping costs to China not to the store that they advertise to be in Delaware. Crooks!

Beware, scam firm.
Placed an order three weeks ago, received a tracking link for a warehouse in China. The firm didn't send the item. When I asked for a refund they said the item was lost in transit and they created a new tracking link, but it's all fake.
Avoid this firm, you'll never receive your order.
