3 different Fake delivery messages, after a month waiting for the merchandise which never arrived.
Unfortunately for me I didn’t read the reviews of this scam center called TWS which have ripped off many customers
Nevertheless, my loss and this review will save other unaware customers from falling victim of this fraudulent company.
Save yourself from these crooks.

Terrible store. Items come from China and take a very long time to arrive, the quality is very poor and asking for refunds is extremely difficult. Their refund policy is not clearly explained on the website. Stay away.

Why are so many advertisers on YouTube fraudulent SCAMMERS!?!? YouTube needs to take some responsibility on who they are advertising with, they are contributing to this rip off.

Don't touch this company. They are based in China not the UK. The boots they sent are awful! They're not the same height, stitching is poor, glue is visible etc. When you email them they say keep them and they'll give a 20% refund. Eventually they agree to refund if you send them back but won't pay the postage. We did a credit card charge back which found in our favour, but the company has now emailed saying they want us to return the boots and once they receive them they'll refund the postage. We've asked for them to arrange a courier or send a postage label as we're not falling into that trap!

I ordered 3 pair of pants camo, blue and khaki. I was very happy my purchase. I can see how people could receive the wrong size. Sizes run small, so you have to order a size up. Shipping was a problem, but in my case, It was over the holidays, so I was just happy to receive it. Although, it did take long to finally get.

Ordered on 9 November 2025. It has been two months, and NO merch delivered. In early December, tracking indicated the merchandise was seized by the US Postal Service for counterfeit postage. Demanded a refund. The seller wanted to ship replacement merchandise. OK, ship it. Now it's 9 January and still no merch. Current tracking says, "The cargo tally in the supervision warehouse has been completed." Initiated a chargeback. The seller asked me to rescind it. Told the seller I will remove the chargeback when I get my merch.

Contacted the company for an exchange. They asked for photos front and back of the item and photos of the packaging. Sent the photos as requested and they said they would forward them on further investigation. No reply since 27/12. They are not responding to my email. The trousers cost £40 so I’ve reported it to my bank.

If I could be zero stars! Not USA company like they portray. Order 12/2 & received 12/30. Sent wrong size then what I ordered. Phone number doesn’t work for customer service. So disappointed really poor quality to! Tried to send it back the process is not straightforward I have to email them to let them know I want to return the item and the emails keep bouncing back. Avoid this company! I’ve been completely ripped of!

So after ordering I read reviews and feared the worst. I’m happy to say my items arrived in a fairly decent time considering they came from China, and the fit was spot on. So far the quality seems good but time will tell. Over all I’m very happy. Although a bit more transparency would be good to say it’s a Chinese site and not a uk one as you’re led to believe. Not that it should matter but it certainly has an effect if you need to return anything.

This company is joke, there product is not as described. I tried returning my purchase for refund and they only offer half of money back and wants to the customer to pay shipping. The product is cheap and not worth the hassle…

Product not as described at all and Incorrect fitting pants with hole in pocket, I was promised a replacement- they never turned up . Poor company . Terrible

I've bought boots very light weight and cheap and nasty not anything like the description on website
Boots zip up side and dont work cant get hold of any one to exchange or refund .

Do not use this so called company, it has no warehouse, you order something then they get it shipped from China and it takes forever if you’re lucky enough to receive it which I wasn’t, no help at all from them, tracking says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t and nothing on my door camera proves that absolute joke of a business

If I could rate 0 I absolutely would, absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered an item on the 14th of October, still yet to receive said item and it’s now the 21st of December!!! I recommend no one uses this company and just pays that little bit extra getting it elsewhere.

Dont waste your money dealing with this money grabbing company, shipping is a joke, product is poor quaility, cheap materials, not fit for purpose, customer service non-existent.

I was searching for a camo tarp to cover a boat while I was hunting ducks and your add popped up. It was easy to place an order and even though it took a bit to receive it arrived in time to use it on a hunt and completely conceal the boat along the shoreline.
