Great place to stay
My girlfriend and I lived here for 9 months and it was perfect. Great environment with good people. The house is cleaned weekly so it’s rarely dirty. The house is maintained well and if anything is broken or damaged, it’s repaired in a timely manner. Our room was spacious and we never felt like we were low on space. Overall great experience and would live here again

clean and all the other residents were nice and cozy, even when I didn't know how to talk well the language everyone was sympathetic with me. I really appreciate the experience of being in the house and I definitely recommend the place

We had the pleasure of staying in one of Think cozy's properties for the last 8 months, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly, and they made sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
The property itself was well-maintained and exactly as described, making it easy for us to settle in and feel at home. The entire process, from moving in to moving out, was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their excellent communication and organization.

Clean, quiet, spacious, great location and the room was furnished beautifully. Was great to find a place to stay while transitioning to a new area for work and I didn’t have enough time to find a more permanent place of my own. Would recommend to other.

You are spot on to say that disorganised residents can often cause a place to be perceived as unwelcoming.
In the case of your experience, we recognise that the kitchen was a source of consternation at times, due to a select few who have not developed the regular habit of cleaning up after their own use.
Having said that, our House Rules do cover such situations, as well as our professional cleaner attending weekly.
As made known to the house, prompt and timely reports of the kitchen being dirtied from a clean condition, works with greater efficiency, compared to accumulative frustration.
As our common areas are monitored by security cameras, we were able to support you, and address the situation with responsible resident, directly.
It takes everyone’s connected and vigilant efforts, to maintain a high and consistent standard of cleanliness.
We also recognise as a co-living environment, living with others also means a certain level of co-living tolerance, and accepting that others may not always meet our exacting standards and expectations of cleanliness.
As we often say, a co-living home is a ‘marriage’ of community and tolerance.
Nonetheless. we appreciate your stay and we wish you all the best in your next season!

I’ve been staying in Ada House at Glen Waverley for 3 months with my best friend. It was so great and perfect because the house is clean, and the residents also nice. If you were looking for house that “home sweet luxury” vibe, go check out for the ThinkCozy at Glen Waverley house, especially for the room 1.

The house is clean and well set up. My house mates are quiet and tidy.
The location is excellent and there are many great food shops and supermarket's within walking distance.
