I lived at a ThinkCozy house for just about 10 months. So here's a list of good and bad things I've experienced during that period.

The Good:
# Highly responsive
# The house gets regular upkeep with fortnightly cleaners and gardeners also come occasionally to clean up outside.
# They will occasionally update the interior furniture and buy new kitchen utensils upon request, if current utensils are worn out.
# No guarantor required.
# Bills included as well as cleaning goods, cling film, tin foil, bin bags.

The Bad:
# You have to pay to see the contract, which leads to you feeling like you're potentially being scammed.
# You provide 2 references, your previous landlord ( perfectly okay with that ) and a personal reference which is one of your friends, this leads to them having a quote "absolutely bizarre" conversation about you and your compatibility with living with others, as a potential tenant you're only going to ever pick one of your friends who's going to speak highly of you anyway so feels a bit redundant.
# There was a period where it felt like they were constantly in your room, with 1 of the quarterly inspections of your room, the council doing an inspection and then electricity compliance / smoke alarm test, this felt like some of them could have been combined for a single inspection, test the alarms and plugs when inspecting the room for any damages potentially could work well.

The Rooms are always Neat and Clean. Beds are comfortable and Big smart TV for your entertainment. The Rent is all inclusive of Internet, Gas, Electricity and in-house supplies. In short Just move in and everything is already taken care off. I also like the house lock mechanism so you don't have to bother about house keys anymore. I have stayed with them (Burwood and Chelsea) for more than 2 years and never had any issues. All in house complaints / corrections are dealt with timely manner and all updates are provided on whats app regularly. Andre and Michelle are always attentive and welcoming.

ThinkCozy was able to give me the best share-house experience ever😁 It is a licensed share-house so it felt safe and comfortable at all times. I stayed for 3 months and during my stay Andre&Michelle were so helpful with any of my queries and were super responsive. Their rooms are cozy, clean, well maintained and literally have everything you could possibly need during your stay. Well recommended👌

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the house in Doncaster. I stayed for 6 months whilst finishing up my degree.

Unlike other share houses I have stayed in the past, this house was different!

Everything was meticulously managed by Andre, Michelle and Leonard. Never had any qualms with any of the room mates. Never had to fight for use of the kitchen, bathroom and other amenities.

Additionally, there was street parking which was a bonus. Rent includes utilities, cleaning lady and other common consumables such as laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and so on.

But the best part of the experience was the communication with ThinkCozy. Always polite, professional and ready to cater to your needs.

I loved staying at a very cozy place at Glen Waverley. I stayed there for almost a year and had very peaceful stay. Everything was taken care by ThinkCozy including house common area cleaning and provided basic stuff so that I never had to worry about refilling the daily usage stuff. All I did was pay rent and not worry about any bills or shopping for basic things.

I had the pleasure of residing at their Mitcham property for 4 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the convenient location to the cleanliness and the excellent agent/owner, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location of this place was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the train station and other shops within walking distance.

Throughout my tenancy, I was consistently impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The management team ensured that the premises were spotless, both inside and out. It created a welcoming and comfortable living environment that I truly appreciated.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Andre, agent/owner, and his team for their outstanding service. They were professional, responsive, and always ready to address any concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Their dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. Andre has always been careful selecting good tenants to the ThinkCozy locations giving us an ease of mind despite living in a shared home.

I wholeheartedly recommend ThinkCozy to anyone in search of a quality rental property. The combination of its convenient location, impeccable cleanliness, and the support of a reliable agent/owner make it an exceptional choice for prospective tenants.

My partner and I came to Australia on a working holiday visa, after staying in hostels for a few weeks we wanted our own private space that was affordable, clean and in a good location. We struggled as most places we’re either too expensive, very basic or could only offer a six month rental (not ideal when you want to travel). We were sceptical at first because we had heard of lots of other travellers getting scammed, however after reading the reviews for ThinkCozy we were reassured and let me tell you, they certainly didn’t disappoint.

Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Shared amenities included things such as toilet paper, washing up liquid and washing powder (which we found very handy being on a budget). Andre and the team are very attentive, ensuring cleaners attend the property fortnightly and any concerns are addressed immediately.

Housemates are reviewed by the agency first, so you meet lots of other likeminded, sociable people. Overall we had the best time staying with ThinkCozy and couldn’t recommend it enough!
