I recently had the pleasure of living in this charming rental house, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The layout of the house was spacious yet cozy, with ample natural light streaming in through the windows. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were pristine. The highlight, however, was the backyard oasis – a tranquil retreat perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The location was also ideal, with easy access to amenities and attractions. Eternal perspective
First and foremost, I was in this house in the will of God for the past two years after having to move out of University accommodation due to mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirements. As a bondservant of the Lord Jesus Christ, I thank God for Andre Yeo through whom the room I stayed in was provided given that I had deep convictions against taking the vaccine. In this house, I appreciate how orderly things were in terms of duties, keeping the place tidy, and also the opportunities to be a witness for Christ Jesus to fellow housemates.

Stayed with ThinkCozy for almost two years and have never been to a better accomodation in Melbourne for six years of my time in Melb. The rooms are given in the best condition, the common areas are taken care of in terms of cleanliness, the flatmates are vetted to make sure you get the best possible commnity to live with. Def recommend compared to pothole apartments you get stuck to live in Melbourne

Highly Recommended
We stayed in the ThinkCozy Bundoora house for close to 9 months and we absolutely loved our time there. It was our first home in Australia. Everything is thoroughly coordinated by Andre the Property Manager and Michelle the House Coordinator. They were always responsive to our requests and made sure that every requirement was met without any fuss.
When it comes to the house, if you look from outside it will look like an old house but inside is completely renovated and is exactly as it is in the photos. We payed upfront without even inspecting the house as it is their policy and we didn't loose any sleep over it because when you speak to Andre you can clearly tell that he is a straight up guy and there's no funny business going on.
Needless to say that we recommend the place to anyone without hesitation.

As a tenant who has lived in various accommodations across Victoria, ThinkCozy is undeniably the most professional and pleasant provider within the shared accommodation space.
Their rooms are well-furnished with neatly designed layouts. Their shared spaces and facilities are clean and tidy; as they provide frequent cleaning services to the house’s common areas.
Additionally, ThinkCozy covers the cost of all bills and provides everyday common supplies. Thus, rent is the only expense covered by the tenants.

I am living in one of the property managed by Think Cozy and has been here since 7 months i can safely rank it as one of my best experiences after living in different shared houses.Every tenant is personally interviewed so all house mates are easy to get along and houses are safe and secure due to cameras and cleaners amd gardeners came frequently which makes life easy and above all Andrea is easily available in case tenants need to contact him due to any urgent reason.I highly recommend their properties which ever suits you and you will never regret your decison

Safety and cleanness
I’ve been living with Think Cozy for 4 months since I move to Victoria. They are using professional people in their group. House is always clean. You can be sure about the safety, and privacy here. Everything has been prepared in the house; private room, TV, heater, study table.
