I have been trying to contact Tidalravesports regarding my order that I placed Online. I processed the order and they took my CC payment. I did not receive a confirmation email but they kept slamming me with ads and emails stating my basket is empty and would I like to keep shopping. I went online to send them an email regarding my payment and lack of an order. I have not heard back from them. I decided to call them today and was on hold for 30min and finally was 10 mins in No 1 positions. At exactly 30 min the message said they would call me back within 48 hrs and hung up the phone.
I find it very frustrating that they have had my money for over a week with no communication from them.
I also see that they have now sold out of all their boards except for one style.
I find this unaccceptable and would like to have a full refund to I can purchase a paddle board from someone else.

just an issue with delivery. wasnt next day as advertised. items delivered in 2 packages a couple of days apart.

but really happy with the products now i have them both.

Ordered two life jackets from them so my wife and daughter could be matching. Only one has arrived. 4 emails, multiple messages on instagram and still no response. Currently on hold to there customer service and have been for 15mins and still in same que position. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely shocking !!! Do not buy
My paddle board arrived a day late, pumped it up for my daughter’s birthday to find it has a leaky valve, took ages to get hold of them, was told to send an email with pictures they would sort immediately that was Tuesday! Since Tuesday I have had no email response and after many attempts calling and getting cut off nothing.
So they now have my money and I’m left with a board my daughter can not use.
Extremely bad customer service

This company advertises next day delivery service when you purchase their product doesn’t come for at least a week!! Not only do they not inform you of this you cannot contact them they have a phone number that you ring you get put in a queue and left for 30 minutes then they have a pre recorded message telling you email us and we will respond in 48hrs and then they hang up! So you email 48hrs later no response message them on Facebook same message no response message on instagram again same message no response they have zero customer care support so not only will you not get your board the next day god forbid you have any issues with it for any reason you ain’t getting any help I would highly recommend people DO NOT BUY FROM RAVE buy elsewhere Aquaplanet, Beachbum absolute incredible paddle board supplers with fast and reliable customer support and Next day delivery as promised. Shame on your Tidal Rave!!!

Tidal Rave Sports have some beautiful products and a wide range to choose from However…. I chose a plunge pool on their website that showed that it was in stock and placed an order. Their website showed that it was next day delivery, I ordered on bank holiday Monday, so expected that nothing would happen until Tuesday.

It is now Friday and I have nothing, I have attempted to phone and been hung up on. I have emailed twice now and been given vague responses that tell me nothing about my order. The second email informed me that I had chosen to cancel my order, I did no such thing.

All I want is Customer Service to get a grip and simply tell me about my order as I can’t seem to get a straight answer. Customer Service is terrible here and I feel mugged off by them. I will have to wait and see what happens. I’m not happy one bit!

Can you please reply to my emails or answer your phones. Customer service is terrible. I placed my order, you took the money and I have nothing. No delivery nothing. I will be disputing this if you don't get hold of me or reply to your emails and sort this out.

I love the look of the boards and finally treated myself to one, next day delivery on 24th May 2026. It is now 27th May 2026 and the board has not even been despatched. I have tried to message, and call but I have had no response and I am thoroughly disappointed, especially as I was supposed to be meeting friends to go out on the water.
Tidal Rave I just want my board and bouyancy aid that I have paid for please!

I ordered a paddle board and then saw the bigger one was in stock so asked to swap it. I emailed them and they said they would arrange collection, since then I haven’t heard anything from them. No collection and no communication. Very disappointed as the boards look very good but the customer service is letting it down!

very quick delivery, great price and a nice level of kit great for a starter. only thing i was not sure about was setting up the seat for the kids maybe the are instructions somewhere

Love this paddle board. Definitely recommend getting one. Comes with everything you need to get you straight on the water. I had one minor issue, which they Sorted out straight away. I would definitely recommend this company to friends. Many thanks.

Got a 10’6 Echo paddleboard in '24 and recently came back for an 11’6 Plazma for my partner. Originally wanted the 11'6 Acid colourway, but it turned out to be out of stock. The team were really communicative throughout and asked what alternative I’d prefer instead... I cheekily asked if they could include a free water bottle as a goodwill gesture which they kindly did!

The website is easy to navigate with great designs to choose from. People regularly compliment the vibrant, eye-catching and funky designs. I love the matchy-matchy accessories, even down to the leash and buddy clips. I even use the dry bag on rainy days.

The boards are extremely stable and easy to stand up on thanks to their rigidity and grippy foam deck. The bungee storage space and dry bag are ideal for longer paddles too, I’ve spent hours out on the water with snacks and essentials safely packed away. I don’t use the kayak seat much, but it’s a really handy option for rests and picnics on the longer paddles. The pump included is also very good, although I’ve since upgraded to an electric pump for convenience. Oh, and the longer board also came with a nice bonus of a camera mount attachment. I also really like the clip-on fin system. One of my fins can be a little stiff to attach, but the mechanism is still much better than other slide-in, easy to lose fin design.

We use our boards in both salt water and rivers but always rinse and dry them before packing away. Mine is now over 2 years old and still looks and feels brand new, which says a lot about the quality. I’ve had no issues at all, but based on the messages I’ve had and other reviews I’ve no doubt Tidal Rave would help quickly if needed.

Delivery was good, the recent purchase arrived a day later than expected, but that's on DX rather than Tidal Rave. They gave tracking updates and they even managed to find my remote rural address without any issues.

Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of the boards (and bits) and their customer service. I can't stop raving about Tidal Rave, I definitely recommend!

Absolutely love my new paddle board! Delivery and communication was great! Instructions could be better as being new to this, I had to find out how the two way valve on the pump worked via Facebook as it doesn’t explain how it works or when to open it. Overall very happy 😊

Great site, easy to navigate. Fab choice of boards and equipment. I went for the Infinity 10’6 board and kit, comes with everything you need, and some extras, including a dry bag, buddy clip, extra shoulder strap, great value for money. Absolutely love my board.

The paddle board is ace, can’t wait to get out and use it!! It was delivered so quickly!

Bought a Tidal Rave SUP a few years back and absolutely love it! Have taken it all over the UK and the design / quality is admired by all.
Recently one of the clips that locks in the fins broke - and so I emailed Tidal Rave to see if I could purchase some more (don't stock on their website)
The customer response was prompt, and within a couple of days they had sent me a fresh set of clips free of charge.
Not only would I recommend Tidal Rave products to anyone, but the customer service is excellent too!

When I met my partner, he had a Tidal Rave board. I fell in love with the design initially but the actual board is built so well and you cannot fault the amount of extras that come with the board! We take our friends dog out all the time and he loves to sit or lay down on the grip foam and enjoy the view. I have been waiting just over a year for the design/size I wanted to come back into stock which is the only downfall of the brand, but having used other brands in the past, I knew I was happy to wait for this brand to be back in stock. I am thrilled with my new board and I cannot wait to keep using it.
