These guys flooded are carpets to the point that its a total replacement of them. When approached but got told they will come back to us and never did. When pushed they came back and said we only had 72hrs to report the issue, we reported on day 4. We had hoped that by awaiting the 48hrs that they advised us too that the carpets would dry and not smell, this was not the case. We reported it on day 4 as their was a weekend so we couldnt speak with them within the 48hrs. This is totally unacceptable, and they take no responsibility. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I recently Booked geyser service in Urbanclap. Service executive visited my house and checked the product and told, heating element, Gasket and multi function valve is not working and need to replace it. As per the Urban clap rate card, he charged me after changing all the parts. After that, when I compared their rate card with market price and found that, they have charged double the times Higher cost for each spare parts. When I spoke to customer care, I didn't got proper response from them. I'm very much disappointed after using this service. I am not going to use Urbanclap services anymore and not going to recommend to anyone else. Please be aware about that, we are losing our hard earned money with this kind of service providers. Make your friends and relatives aware about this kind of issues and educate them.

It was worst service, I have just wasted my money with you.I am a new customer and purchased global hair colour service on November. It didn't last 15 days and you sent your agent for revisit. He argued with me for 1 hour and told me it's the process that after taking global colour I need to do root touch up within 15 days.First he told me that it will last 3 months but in 15 days it faded. Your agent revisit for global hair color but he did root touch up which faded within 5 days, sent them pics but they told me that they arranged revisit. But what's the profit there where Proffessional is arguing and color faded within 5 days of revisit.Now It's been only 2 month that I took service but no hair service no revisit worked and faced issue from 15 days after taking the service from this app.
Worst terrible experience
Worst terrible experience, booked and confirmed 4 times and cancelled last moment. They still had no shame in calling and asking to reschedule for 5th time. I would rather have 1 commitment for later days rather than being giving false commitments for immediate bookings and then cancelling it. Dont waste your time after them as there are so many better companies around ready to offer services and thats also at better prices. This is what happens when you have name and fame, you forget customer service thinking you are the only company left in whole country. THEY HAVE DISABLE THEIR REVIEWS ON MOST OF THE PLATFORM INCLUDING GOOGLE ABD FACEBOOK.

On 5.12.21,URBANCLAP person came for deep cleaning of 2 Bathrooms of my residence in Coimbatore .He cleaned with some chemicals / acid . While he was leaving a part of bathroom had dried .The floor tiles had traces of white patches which were not earlier before cleaning ,may be because of acid / chemical used by the professional.
When I pointed out the white patches the professional told that it will disappear after 2-3 days of regular use of bathroom and washing.I. Believed in his words and paid Rs.900/-.
Till date it is the white stains / patches are quite visible and looking awkward.When I contacted Urbanclap customer care they simply washed off their hands stating that warranty / guarantee of the Urbanclap is for only 3 days and they can’t do anything.
I am very much annoyed and disappointed with the way my bathroom has been spoiled after paying an amount of Rs 900/-and the way the Urbanclap customer care replied to my complaint.
I had thought of booking them for many more services at my house. Now I have changed my mind.
Urbanclap should realise that if they want to stay in market they have to continuously good services. Otherwise some competitor will takeover the market.
Experience with Deep Cleaning
My experience in terms of deep cleaning has been terrifying. A company by the name of Service Master Janitorial Cleaning Services had been assigned to do the job and a team of three were sent. Amongst them Tina was most experienced and was trying to accommodate our requests. There was a lady by the name of Cherry who was fairly new to the job and was still trying her best. However the male member was absolutely uncooperative and was quite difficult to deal with. From 10 am till 4.30 pm my wife and I had to literally tell them each and everything about how the cleaning needs to be done and what all needs to be done. We literally had to be on our feet and tell them everything possible. The male member( Johnpaul if I have the name correct)was more interested in singing and dancing and his breaks in between. While taking breaks in between work is completely fine, lack of concentration and focus in work cannot be tolerated especially when we have paid 728 dirhams for the deep cleaning.
They also said that the “ roto “ machine could not be used as “ our appartment has a lot of furniture”. This was told by the male member. His work was so pathetic that wherever in our appartment he had done something,some work is still remaining. For eg:- he cleaned the window panes and window sill and traces of soap water were left and my wife had to clean again. Upon telling their coordinator Erica she got defensive and started coming up with reasons which were lame.
I spoke to Urban Company as I had booked the service through them and the disappointing reply was “ next time onwards it will be rectified” and I said there will never be a next time as I will never ever book this service. I was also offered a 30 dirham good will discount and I told UC to keep the money.
I hope you can understand my level of dissatisfaction. This is really not acceptable. And this is not expected from UC.

Very very bad. Professionals are unprofessional. They cancel on u the last minute. Roadside parlour walis are coming to do your service even after paying a steep amount. They promise service redo but when u try to rebook they say that u had to take within 30days. Wat a scam
Urbanclap is Urban CRAP
I have booked service for house painting. UC has disappeared after giving the work to the contractor. UC has not come even for 10 minutes to the site to check whether the work is happening on time or quality. ZERO responsibility by UC. I could as well have gone to a contractor directly. WHAT AM I GETTING BY GOING TO UC? NOTHING.
After painting the Cracks that appeared at the multiple sites, I tried to speak to UC surveyor, he is not responding at all. And the the contractor refused saying it is NEVER DONE.
I gave them No rating in the feedback, yet no one has bothered.
PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO URBAN COMPANY FOR PAINTING WORK. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH URBAN COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I got my whole painting assignment through them. All the walls and painting went find except the Textured wall. That single wall costed me 7000+ and they did complete different shade and now after taking all payments in advance telling me that colour is right. Even after showing them reference images they are denying on my face and saying nothing can be done. Talking about that, their Customer representative named Sonali disconnected call on my face when I was raising this issue. Extremely poor customer care. They are in business but don't even know how to acknowledge things that went wrong and find a solution. Do not book them ever atleast for painting services. You cannot pay such big amount in advance and put yourself at risk like me. And no matter what I won't leave this company without taking any action. They can't go easy about it. It's our hard earned money too. Urban company - pathetic you guys are !!!! Start working on your services. Give time to read your reviews how bad services you provide and claim to be best service provider. Worst experience of getting my home renovated ever. Seriously disgusting !!!

I would call this app as urban crap..I booked an salon service from this app a day before at 2:00 pm,without prior information they changed my schedule time to 7:00 pm later in evening one customer executive called up for informing that they are unable to arrange a professional for the same and again rescheduled to 7:30 pm.at last cancelled the booking as they wanted me to reschedule the booking so that I can again be fooled for the entire day.moreover they even don’t have customer care number so we can’t contact them

They take money in advance for the service they promise to offer... after the money is paid the appointment will not be fulfilled and you can not call any customer support team as they only have a callback number... even if you raise a callback request nobody will call back and they will promise another fake appointment... The founder of this company is Abhiraj Bhal who is equally hand in glove with these scams and will not even care to respond even if you escalate the issue to his attention.... Stay Away from these frauds and save your Money and Time

Urban Company is an absolute fraud. They call their people professionals, whereas they themselves don’t know how good or bad they are. Then when you somehow find some sane person doing a decent job, they shift it to services of higher cadre, forcing the customer to pay more for the same service in Prime which is actually cheaper in classic, just for the mere reason of choosing a professional who is most of the times not even available. The one that came to my place didn’t know how to do threading, didn’t how how to wax & didn’t know how to apply henna, I really don’t understand what did she know then. And when I wanted to write a google review, they have disabled it, for the fear of people calling them out for the fraud they are doing. Horrible horrible service, company & app.
