I request each one that not to use this UC service & this is not a customer service providing company...this is the worst & fraudulent company I ever had a service before...i went for a window ac service 45days back & the technician is not worthy to be a technician came for a service & said less cooling is because of gas leak so we cannot service it here & we need to take it to our place for servicing...later after 4 days he said had filled gas & also there was a gas leak problem which is sorted out and took Rs.3000...within the next 3 days of using the ac had a new problem in the vent(completely frozen) & he came that it is because of high temp gas been filled for nice cooling & then he took the ac for 1week for service still after that the same problem persists....when I approached UC customer care for solution they said will send a senior technician this time for service & that guy came and did some jet wash(chemical wash) at my place itself...again after 4 days the same problem persists & it is still under service warranty provided by UC(90 days) also my fate is that the ac is still under manufacturer warranty(just 3 years old machine)...nobody responds through UC help center not able to reach them in landline....

Shockingly bad experience with attempting to use them for home PCR testing.
Originally booked for 8AM, then a call at 8:30AM to say has been rescheduled for 11AM.
Started chasing them at 11:45AM when no one had turned up, was promised a call back at 12PM which never happened.
After many more calls got offered a 5PM to 6PM slot!
Told them not to bother and cancel everything.
Very pleased I did not pay up front for the service as who knows when I'd see my money back.
Can't comment about their other services but the home PCR service is one to avoid.

Worst service it's been 2 weeks no resolution yet. Such a shame urban company.

The worst experience I had with anyone in the service industry. I had booked the parlie facility on sat @10 am the UC customer care calls be at 10:15 and says that there would be a delay. I waited for a response then at 11:30 I have been requested to reschedule it @4 pm again no professional available. The same happened on Sunday. Finally on Monday a professional was alloted who calls me and says that she was never intrested in giving services on Monday, and she is doing a faver on me. The customer care people are useless and don't know what to do. Don't let you talk to the manager or senior person as well. Since 2019 to till date I could not use any of their facilities even after taking their membership.

I have always trusted urban clap for any Service .. be it salon,cleaning or plumbing. The most irritating part is the no of calls done by them for confirmation before coming for service . Today I booked for Dining table cleaning, confirmed it again in message . I was on a important call and there is this urban clap service guy calling me continuously to take confirmation. I called him back and asked why can’t he wait till I call back . Then I get a call from call centre and the service guy has actually complained about my behaviour!!!!! AM I suppose to be hanging my impt phone so that I can take his call!! I had to cancel the service .. wasted my time . WAKE UP URBAN CLAP.. soon you will lose your customers … train your guys on basis etiquette

Reviews on Urban Company services: I booked bathroom cleaning service. UC guy came and he denied to clean tap & stains (very small area) on the walls & asked me to buy higher package. Description of purchased package says removal of stain and there is a picture of person cleaning tap. So I booked this service. On denial of cleaning tap & stain, I cancelled booking. UC deducted 100/- rs. Looks like UC is looting money by puttin false description & incorrect pic on their app. This is wrong & I will never support this kind of organized looting.

Booked a full home cleaning service (essential package) for Rs 4048 for a 2 bed room apartment in Hyderabad online on their website. Of the slots offered on the website, I chose Sunday 15th August 3 PM slot for the service. My debit card was blocked for the full amount of Rs 4048 at the time of booking. The card was charged Rs 499 as a nonrefundable booking fee and the remainder was to be deducted after the service. No one turned up at the appointment time. On contacting Urban Company we were offered an apology and rebooking for another day and time. I have asked for compensation for failure to provide the service as per the contractual arrangement. I have wasted my day cancelling other commitments due to this appointment and have asked for compensation of the Rs 499 by deducting from the final amount if I rebook for another day. I was told there is no mechanism for this and that the only options are to cancel the booking and get a refund of the booking amount or rebook for another date!

In addition to offering slots that they can't keep, the price shown on their website for the service is misleading the customers. The price shown is Rs 3999 but another Rs 49 is added when completing the booking, Apparently this for providing protective equipment to their personnel. This is deceptive practice of showing a lower price to attract a customer who spends time filling the forms on the website to make the booking only to realize that the final amount is higher than advertised.

Surveyor overestimated wall area so that Urban Company (UC) can charge more money.
Painting Supervisor was nowhere to be seen when painting was in progress.
Was promised 1 coat of Wall Primer, All cracks filled, 2 coats of Apcolite Premium emulsion for all interior walls. 2 coats of Apex Ultima for exterior walls

WHAT I GOT: incomplete work as painters were not given sufficient paint to paint. At the end of the work, all the walls had patches and look very ugly. Only 1 coat of some low quality paint was applied on the walls.
When I raised a complaint with Urban Company, I received abusive calls.
I have phone call recordings and whatsapp text messages to prove all of the above.

MY ADVICE TO THE READERS: Go with your local painter instead of Urban Company; they are more sincere and will do a much better job. You will also not get any abusive phone calls.

Booked urbanclap for deep cleaning of chimney at home ... They booked it .. Later on just a day before the service person called and said he will take chimney to his shop for cleaning he will not do it home ... We have get done cleaning work before no body takes chimney for cleaning ..so i don't think u can trust this guys

This absolutely ridiculous that you charge huge amount from customers and ruin their looks. I have booked for home salon for women yesterday, and your Professional ruined my eye brows, scooped out from various places and when I asked her she is saying I am not touching. Utter non-sense. I have not been to any beauty salon for months due to Covid 19 and so my eyebrows were fully grown to which your professional messed up. My look is ruined instead of looking fresh I look weird. Who will be responsible for this?
I also requested waxing, and she left a place in my hand where she dint take out the hair. My underarms are completely red as she took of the skin from there.

Extremely inexperience and third class service. I shall never book UrbanClap for salon at home.

Worst company with worst customer care services and their app is so confusing and misleading showing wrong information some times...they spoiled my day I will never get their services again...

Horrible experience.... They sent an immature cleaner who made the house even worst and even after getting a second cleaner from Urban Clap there was no improvement.... And to top it off they took my broom and its been two weeks the customer service just says i will receive it today or tomorrow...

When asked for a refund or send another cleaner to which they say its a different issue and they cannot refund thr 94AED i spent on the horrible cleaning.

She said she can give me only 45AED and i can use only 25AED at a time.... Customer service is a joke to them

Please do not use them.... There are other cleaners better than them a little expensive but good

The appointment was rescheduled thrice within half an hour for non availability of professional even though the service was booked 2 days in advance. On top of that the message says " rescheduled at your request", absurd.. right? And the customer service person says he is not responsible for the delays!!?? So, I've to talk to MD for responsibility? Pathetic service.!

I got my AC units cleaned and serviced.
Service quality - Very Poor
Rates - Very High
Service providers did an incomplete job due to which my unit started leaking water on my bed. So I had to get the same work redone within 3 months. I understood this because I hired a local service provider this time.
Also Urban Company service providers force me to rate them with 5 stars while they were watching me. This happens every time I hire someone from here.
Overall, a complete bogus cheat company.

Terrible Bathroom cleaning... `first of all if hard water stain cannot be removed, do not mention it in the package. There is no difference between classic cleaning and intense cleaning package as per the service person. No hard water stain was removed. Water on floor and walls was not wiped after cleaning. Electronic equipments like geyser , switch board and bulbs was immersed in water.
Customer service executive called me this morning, I informed the same and they asked me to forward the picture and after that there is no response.
