Urban company used to be a reliable source for getting people for various jobs...now ...they have very arrogant technicians... i doubt if they even meet up with the people onboard (technicians)...even after repeated emails to urban company the matters don't get sorted. This proves that Urban Company is incapable of reprimanding its technicians for things not done with proper protocol.
Is giving a bill for a A/C PCB such a big deal??? that its taking up all the time on earth?????
PFA mail sent to Urban Company on 28th June to which no firm action has been taken yet.... my husband had sent 3 mails till now and we are still awaiting closure from the technician as well as Urban Company.
This is with regards to AC repair booked on 22nd May, the technician came and did initial work on 23rd May 2021. Technician's name is Suraj Swami (9623231915). The service was booked from Vaidehi Kulkarni and her number is 8879275309.
He mentioned that PCB has been damaged in Daikin AC and had taken the parts to investigate further. He mentioned that work will finish in 4 - 5 days. However there was no communication from his side. I had to call him again and again to know the status. On 9th June 2021 he called and mentioned that the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced. He said that the part will cost INR 6500 and that I have to transfer the money now so that he can order. I transferred the money on the same day itself (pic for the transfer attached) and reminded him that I will need the bill and part replaced on the day he will come to finish his work. Same was confirmed by him.
On 21st June he called to confirm that he is coming the next day to finish the work, at that time also I reminded him about the bill to which he confirmed that he will get it tomorrow. On 22nd June, when he arrived to complete the task, he was talking with someone over the phone that he had been to the village and returned yesterday only. So it is not acceptable that we have been waiting for almost a month for our AC to get fixed and he did not have courtesy to call and inform.
After completing the repair work, he asked if servicing needed to be done. I confirmed to get the AC servicing done. After completing the servicing, I asked him how much extra to be paid. He confirmed INR 1500 (INR 1200 for AC Servicing and INR 300 for previous pending amount.) That time he mentioned that he did not carry the bill as he was carrying too much stuff. Please explain how much a piece of paper weighs? Also he mentioned that I have received the rough bill but i haven't made it a final bill yet. So if you are ordering any part directly from the company I don't think you will receive a rough bill?
Later we gave a bad review or feedback for the service and we received a call from the customer care agent. He took the technician on a conference call, where he agreed to come the next day and give me the bill. Till date I haven't received the bill.
I need justification for INR 6500 and INR 1500 that I paid him directly. I believe he has not added the servicing details in the app as well.

That is why I had discuss with my family then I decided the whitewash by your company. I have also contacted with your company in March.
Then Your company has send Sarthak Gupta. He quoted the amount 124085 for this service. Same has been paid by me on March 20th.
Then he send 5 to 6 contractor. Finally he send Mr. Harsh Kasana and heagreed for finish the work with in 10 days. I told him
I am living on rent for 60 thousand . Please Don't take more than 10 days.Then they agreed for the same.
The work was running for only 4 to 5 days. After that mo body is coming even that not picking the call.
Then we complaint in the Urban Clap company. Sometimes a Mam calls us and say that they will come in few days.
I have some medical problems. Like heart and kidney problems. Please make solution I request you. And save for depression and heart attack please save me.Some people said me to go in consumer court. I don't have the power of legs and arms to go to the consumer court. There is waste of time going in consumer court. Only you have the solution. I repeated I am paying ₹60,000 rent every month.
And where I am about to shift they are taking ₹15,000 for maintenance. For God sake I request you to make a solution ASAP.
From the last two days again no body is picking my phone. I dont know why this type of behavior going on with me.

Incompetent technicians
Save yourself the trouble.
There was an issue with my AC tripping the MCB. When the repair person visited first on 18/5 I categorically told him that there was a flash and the AC tripped. He use his own logic and said there was a problem with the PCB and he would get it repaired. This took one day. While attempting to attach the repaired PCB he appeared clumsy and tore off a wire while at it. He excused himself and a new guy came in. He managed to fix the PCB, clean the system and get the AC running in two days. It took four visits for the AC to be repaired on 21/5. I paid Rs.2148 in cash. I used the AC for a couple of times since. Today, on 29/5 there was an big flash and the AC tripped.
These guys are not well-trained at all. UC simply uses a brand name to hire them from the local market and lure customers. Their customer service is horrible. It feels like talking to a wall.
They give you a warranty of 90days and one free revisit which I am sure is useless since the same or next guy who comes will be incompetent as well.
Do not use their services. It is better to talk to the manufacturer and wait for them rather than falling into the trap of UC.
Do not trust urban clap
Horrible experience with urban clap. The person comes to repair the washing machine he takes the electronic board for repair when asked what would be the charges he says it will be communicated after we check for the problem and it will be done the next day. I tell him to let be know what are the charges before repairs and there is no communication from the technician Imran till I call him and he does not answer but calls back and says he is coming to fix the electronic board and the machine does not work as it was the plug that had a loose connection and repair of the board was just an eyewash. I believe so for the following reasons:
- at the time of checking I had told Imran that the board was connecting at times and disconnecting at other time if there was anything wrong it would not reconnect at all.
- Why did he not send me in writing the estimated cost of repair? Had he told me it would be ₹2500/- I would not have got it repaired but would have called a local electrician and would have got it done at a cheaper rate! He says he did tell me which I do not believe and it was a miscommunication he should have send me in writing and taken my approval in writing.I had clearly instructed that the estimate should be communicated to me . This is because he came with the intention of cheating!
- when I asked him to give me the old components which were replaced he said that they do not give that
- There was a big delay in issuing a bill which I finally got and the bill was without any break up
- if this company is really genuine they should get back to me with a valid explanation . Else I fell they are here to loot you and ruin your equipment unnecessarily fir the sake of making a quick profit

Save yourself from the unnecessary blood raising experience dealing with their customer service. They notified me few hours before my mani pedi appt, citing the manicurist was sick. Fine, so I asked for full refund, 1 week later, it seems they conveniently forgotten to respond to my constant emails to update the status of my refund (after I gave them my booking details). Please don't ever consider booking any services from them!

My wife has requested a home service for manicure and pedicure, and the service was so terrible that we've decided not to use them anymore and wanted to delete my credit card details and delete the app, to only find out there was no option to do so. After long research took more than an hour we've managed to locate a customer service number but they were not helpful at all claiming there's a bug in the app hence why I'm not able to find the option to delete my card details, on top of that they were not willing to do anything and asked me to wait for the bug to be fixed with no timelines or anything. I ended up blocking my card with my bank and requested a new replacement. They are fraud!

Very bad experience. Won't suggest to opt anyone.Recently I have taken extra service that is bleach on hands and detan +O3+ shine face pack.Out of it I had bleach for my hands it burns lightly , irriated and changed hair of the colour at that moment and after 2days I observed my hands are irriated much with rashes. Got to know it because of pack. Comes to face pack I haven't seen any difference in my face at that moment and I thoughtit shines in 1 or 2 days but not. Day after facial my face got tottally spoiled because of fake products that they use..I haven't checked the expiry date if not I would raise a complaint. Please try to use genuine creams to deliver best service it should not impact customers wrongly

Cheating by Urbaan Company (formerly Urban Clap), AC Servicing
I called Urban Clap for Ac servicing thinking they will clean properly with a high pressure washer and make less mess. But the technician leaked gas from my AC and broke my drain pipe. Then he tried to extort money by offering a cheap gas refill. Now I called Daikin and shelling out Rs 5890 to fix it. Urban Clap did not agree to the misdoing and closed the complaint after transferring Rs 500 to my wallet. Now they are not taking calls also. Highly unprofessional and cheating people.
