I find it very difficult to deal with this company.
Difficult to contact

If I phone the price cap on my phone cuts me off before I ever reach a person. Price cap is set at £10. Not high but it’s there to alert me when I’m no longer using the standard charges on my phone.

Emailing customer service can take over 2 weeks to get a reply. My previous query was sent on 24.9.25. The reply, promised within 5 days came on 13.10.25. This time response came the next day but didn’t answer my question.

Swift, clear,informative and helpful advice regarding the cashing in of a policy.

No quick response to a FRAUD on one of our clients. We are left in the dark. Unacceptable

I have dealt with Laura Maguire several times over the years and she has always been most helpful and also timely and thorough in her reponses. The latest case involved the new MFA involving QR codes etc for login to my account, which was new as I hadn't logged in for 8 months. Full comprehensive reply same day and also a PDF of my latest valuation, as requested. 5/5
