Fortunately I have not had to use Vetsure yet. But the fact that they insure older pets makes them stand out in my eyes. They even sent one of my cats birthday wishes as he is nine today.
Well done Vetsure keep up the good work.

Vet sure has bought peace of mind to us knowing that all of our dogs needs are taken care off. No worrying about the cost of vet care. All of our claims have been easy and gone smoothly.

Very good pet insurance for my cat , the claim for his tail injury was processed very quickly, really impressed with this company , my husband uses the same company for his dog insurance and always get excellent service

My 15 year old dog was put to sleep on the 1st July 2025 payments were taken on the 9th July for flea and worm treatments ... I have rung the vet today 3rd time to ask for update ? .... still being procesed 6.8.2025? Not good service. Vetsure have had both my labs for 15 years + @ £39 per month for fleas worm treatments.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Ally who was very informative, clear, beautiful speech and made everything very easy.to understand . This is my second policy for my pets with vetsure and I would highly recommend them.

If they are efficient prompt with a no nonsense way of explaining things

Our cat got a uterus/ womb full of puss and required emergency hysterectomy and treatment. Our vet filled the claim for a small fee and we only paid the excess which was very reasonable without having to claim back. Vetsure excellent. Last year when our previous cat died they were lovely and compassionate and refunded the time difference with no fuss and even got us a sympathy card. Would definitely recommend and we pay monthly for no extra charge for both cat and dog

Dealing with the Vetsure team is always so easy - it's quick, simple and the money has always been paid out super fast. On the few occasions when I have had to speak someone, they have always been incredibly kind and helpful especially when circumstances have been difficult. I can 100% recommend them.

We have been with Vetsure for around 6 years now and every time has been easy. Our practice is a Vetsure partner, meaning whenever considerable treatment is needed, the claims process is super fast and super easy. I only need to pay the excess. We've made 3 claims for 1 dog and our premium only rose due to her age which is understandable.

The most recent claim was dental and this was identified by our Vet and immediately referred to Vetsure who pre-approved treatment. No other insurer would do this.

We've now insured our new Labrador with them and hopefully he won't need a claim, but if he does I know it'll be easy.

I would 100% recommend Vetsure if you want peace of mind, complete cover and ease of claiming.

She helped me reduce the cost and graciously allowed time to explain what might NOT be covered. This INCREASED my understanding of what to expect, reduced uncertainty and gave me more peace.

I do not know why you would ever choose a different pet insurance provider.

This is a company that actually cares! From start to finish, and every second in between.

Took 3 attempts to change a payment date despite numerous confirmation emails to say it has been done. Let’s hope third time lucky. Also prices inflate every year and the list of services provided reduce on the Petplan. Not the best experience at present.

From the moment Jake answered my call he was an absolute star. I had got timed out on line but Jake very quickly found what I'd completed and helped me to get the information I needed to make a decision regarding our fur babies. Brilliant company,been with them for 7 years now and had lots of incidents/accidents along the way with our beloved dog Rex ( 10 years young today ).Great customer service who can’t do enough to help you through some trying times with your pet.All claims fully paid out and dealt with in such a timely and professional way.Highly recommend!!

Quick response to claim, paid without any quibble or fuss

Great experience with vetsure. Unfortunately our puppy had to have emergency surgery after swelling a piece of plastic. Vetsure were amazing when we had to make the claim and took away some of the stress. Couldn’t recommend more - hopefully we don’t have to claim again but so glad we had this insurance in place when we needed it.

Been with Vetsure for over 5 years now. Lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. My claim was dealt with in a very short time scale. I would recommend Vetsure without hesitation. Many thanks to all of you. Sylvia Doan.
