Vetsure go above and beyond in their Customer Service
We recently had to have our 12 year old Greyhound Put To Sleep and found, as usual, the staff at Vetsure to be nothing but understanding, prompt with dealing with the subsequent claim and changes to the policy for our remaining dogs on his passing. We then received a hand written sympathy card signed by all the Vetsure Team with, as a lovely touch, as small pack of native wildflowers to sow in our dogs memory. Thats the kind of Customer service that brings loyalty, repeat buisness and word of mouth sales. Worth every penny!

Very straightforward and stress-free
The process of arranging vet treatment and claiming was stress-free. The vet's practice communicated with Vetsure. Vetsure let us know the cost of the treatment and the excess we had to pay (to the vet). At the end a couple of emails from Vetsure to settle the case were easy and straightforward.
