A lovely insurance company. Everything was explained clearly and I was given time to ask questions. I don’t know how Ally coped as it was chaos my end (I’ve 3 dogs). And they caused mayhem. Poor Ally was laughing so much she was crying. She’ll never have another phone like mine. Ally was amazing and super patient a super star. Thank you so much x

Best Pet Insurance
I have had pet insurance for years and have used various companies, all of which turned out to be useless — refusing to honour claims and showing no compassion for the poor pets whose treatment they were unwilling to cover.
I can honestly say that since I have been with Vetsure, I have not had these problems. The agents you speak with are personable, and you feel they genuinely care about your dog. And they honor the claims! Highly recommend.

A great company to deal with
They are very easy to deal with. I have been with them for 16 years with my cat who sadly died and now we have a new family member they were our first port of call. No nonsense fair policies which are easy to understand, prompt pay outs and a genuine interest in your pet, they actually seem to care about you.
Buying a new policy was easy, no hidden clauses and a choice of excess to suit an individual.
