First of all, the Kova dining chair started having issues within 6 months of purchasing, the legs starting wobbling, and couple of legs came off.

I have been raising issues with my products (6 dining chairs) since mid May. It took 1.5 months for the process to happen (4 capenter visits, they create replacement, somewhere the information gets lost that issue was with all 6 chairs and not 1 chair). The in July first week, they finally create a replacement with delivery date as end of July. It keeps getting delayed again and again. After multiple follow ups, and multiple rescheduling, they finally fix a date for replacement. Same story again - they came with 1 chair instead of 6. Still following up on the other 5 chair, really frustated.

The delivery got delayed multiple times, had to pick it from the delivery warehouse. The product was great though

I ordered a total of 8 orthopedic pillows, but 4 of them arrived completely defective. I immediately returned the damaged items, but the after-sales service has been an absolute nightmare.

It has been over a month, and I am still waiting for my replacement pillows. Customer support gives nothing but empty promises and generic responses, with no clear timeline on when my items will actually ship.

Taking payment for 8 items and leaving a customer stranded with half their order for over a month is unacceptable. Avoid this brand if you expect decent quality control or reliable customer service.

Do not buy wakefit products that may require service or repair.

While the products are good, the customer service is very very low. I had bought a Wakefit gaming chair with 3 year warranty through Amazon in 2024. In July of this year (2026), the chair's hydraulic needed repairing. I wrote to them but dint receive any reply. I contacted CS via the chat in their website. I was told thay since the product was bought thro' amazon, only amazon should raise service request. I had a 2 week battle with Amazon and finally raised a request but git no reaponse. So, I call their cs number, and after mutuple attempts, finally got connected only to know that my order did not exist in their records. After submitting all the required proofs for the umpteenth time, I finally got a request number and was promised the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. This was on 26th June 2026. Ever since, they'd call me after every 48 hours, tell me they'd arrange a carpenter to fix my chair and to give 24-48 hours time. Today is August 27th and I'm still getting the same "Please accept our sincere apology for the issue caused.
As per your concern, we will be escalating the issue to the concerned team to update on order details however, we request you to kindly allow us 48 hours to get an update, once we get an update we will keep you notified.Appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard." call and email once every 48 hours. I stopped taking their calls and started ignoring their emails.

I mean, how difficult can it be to find one carpenter in 2 months? If they couldn't find one carpenter what's does that say about the brand?

If you want to buy Wakefit product, buy it at your own risk and repair it at your own cost.

Very disappointing experience with Wakefit.

I was given a clear commitment by the Corporate Sales team that after purchasing the sample chair, an additional discount would be provided when I placed the bulk order. After waiting several days for the sample to arrive from Bangalore and finally deciding to proceed with the remaining chairs, the commitment was denied.
What is more disappointing is that despite repeatedly asking for a senior/escalation contact, I have not been given one.

This is not about a few hundred rupees. It is about honouring a commitment made to a customer.

I expected better from Wakefit.

I have ordered on Amazon on 9 august and it is now 23rd August .it was supposed to be delivered today now it is showing after 2 days ..
It is now allmost more than 15 days and still not delivered...what service is this .my order no is 171-8983373-4415547 .....very poor service for product to be delivered

Do not buy anything online from there website, because if you find any issue with the product they do not have any customer support. They will only give you promises on call, but no one actually cares.
In my case i waited 3 weeks to get my order. and they send me wrong product after so many compalints. its been 2 week of complaint no one responding. They have customer care no. if you call them they will apologize you about the thing and they will tell you that you will recieve a call from there management or may be they will tell you that they raised the issue to their team. Thats all. NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NO REFUND. NO REPLACEMENT

Worst Experience with Wakefit

I will never recommend Wakefit to anyone. We spent around ₹60,000 on the bed, and within just 7 months, the condition has become extremely disappointing.

Despite repeatedly trying to contact Wakefit, there has been no proper response and no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. For a product costing ₹60,000, this level of quality and after-sales service is completely unacceptable.

Honestly, it feels like “ऊँची दुकान, फीके पकवान” — expensive branding and promises, but very poor product quality and customer support.

Think twice before spending your hard-earned money on Wakefit. I definitely won’t be recommending it.

The cushions I purchased Wakefit order ORDER202607ps79x4 seemed liked I had taken it from a local vendor and not from a vendor. Irregular shape of the cushion and negligible filling was the reason why I returned the product. Sheer waste of Money and time. Delivery took forever to come and the company has no refund policy . Like they say "NAAM BADE DARSHAN CHOTEY" Never gonna buy again from this Brand

I ordered 2 recliners from Wakefit...when I received them, 1 recliner was defective...I have been complaining about it for past 40 days, but there is no response from the Wakefit team...everytime I contact them, they ask me to mail them...it has been so tiring talking to these guys...everytime they just have 1 word 'SORRY'...I have been contacting them since 40 days, no response, they don't even update me regarding my issue

Very bad experience. They would not cover anything under the warranty. The mattress foam has deteriorated after 5 years. Now they are not replacing it. I have shared images and videos five times, but they keep asking for the same photos and videos. Very bad matterss and a very poor warranty claim.
