GOOD PROBLEM RESOLUTION
I'm glad to say that after Involvement of their help department all was resolved in good order. If they resolve all their issues in this manner then there is no reason not to use them in future. ( Original complaint -After moving from a building due to end of lease 3 years ago this company stopped charging us. However, 7 days ago I looked at the bank account and they had removed £321.14. When questioned they have no answer but so far have not repaid the money that was taken by DD.
They make a profit but overcharging us the user. Beware and do not use them unless you have to.)

How services should be
I'd asked a rather complex query with an annoyingly small amount of details which were the only ones we were given, Charlie the agent went above and beyond getting all the details they knew we would need, delivered in one concise email, covering everything in a really helpful and genuinely nice email, which is a stark comparison to other services provided by competitors, very appreciate!

I have dealt with a lot of utility companies in my years here and they all tend to be hard work, not really caring and always wait forever for the call to be answered - i barely waited 30 seconds for it to be answered and the lady (sorry forgot to write the name down) was beyond fantastic, happy, helpful and re-assuring. These days you never expect to get personal service from a utility company, but boy what a pleasure it was to deal with Water 2 Business. A really great company to deal with
A really great company to deal with. I spoke with a fantastic lady today, Claire Boone. Claire helped me to resolve a rather complicated situation involving an account for water linked to farm land. It was causing me a great deal of stress and Claire helped me to resolve the situation for which I am extremely grateful.
Claire was extremely professional, friendly, calmed me down (thank you!) and also very knowledgable. I was particularly impressed with the companies use of the 'What3Words' app to identify the correct water meter which enabled us to resolve the issue.
I would highly recommend!

this company gives excellent customer service…
this company gives excellent customer service. The phone is answered within a couple of minutes and the advisors are always most helpful and obliging. They are efficient courteous and knowledgeable. In a world where utility companies, especially most electricity companies show such disregard and lack of customer care, Water to Business is fantastic. This is a model company that others should use as a best practice role model.
