So easy and friendly to deal with
So easy and friendly to deal with. There was no tie in contract and they were helpful when I closed my premises, unlike British gas and my card reader company. I requested them to read my meter before moving out and this was organised straight away. I couldn't be happier with their service.

We had as a company a problem with a billing issue due to a water leak.
We had as a company a problem with a water leak to the premises which resulted in a five fold increase in our bills.
Once the leak had been rectified, Kayleigh, from the Customer Services Team, immediately sought to rectify the billing issue and arranged a full refund within a very short period of time. All done with the utmost efficiency and also reassurance to myself.

Friendly, knowledgeable call from Kelly-Anne
Had a follow-up phone call from Kelly-Anne today - we asked for a long redundant water meter to be disconnected and she called to confirm that this had been actioned. She was friendly but efficient - she knew her facts, and was really nice to engage with. I felt that I could ask questions and would receive the right answers. Came off the call feeling very positive.
