Really disappointed with both the sizing and the customer service from ASICS.

The sizing of the trainers was completely off!
After this experience, I won’t be purchasing another pair from ASICS and will be buying my next running shoes from another brand instead.

I'm done with this company. The shoes themselves are pretty decent but the service and sizing is completely wrong. I've ordered two pairs of shoes online from them and the sizing is so inconsistent it's unreliable at all for orders that you don't actually try on. I ordered a size wide in the Gel Nimbus 28. What came was a shoe so narrow that I couldn't even lace it up once my foot was in it. Previously, ordered a size 42.5 and what came was something that had to be at least 45.
Absolute crap.

I would give zero stars if it would register!
I had a pair of asics trainers bought before 2020 which have been fine. They were beginning to wear out so I asked asics what the latest equivalent would be, and then ordered those. However the style and fit were not suitable at all so I arranged to send them back for a refund. I took them to the designated convenience store where the parcel was put on top of one of 3 huge piles. The shop owner suggested I take a photo of the receipt which appeared on his phone, which I did. Some time passed and I heard nothing so I emailed to ask where my refund was. Firstly they said it hadn't arrived, then it had but was still being processed, and then that I wasn't eligible for a refund due to "discrepancies and irregularities". They said no further correspondence would be entered into. I asked what the problems were and eventually they said I had returned a pair of jeans, not trainers. This was, of course, not the case. I tried emailing the listed MD and Sales director but eventually those emails bounced back. This whole process lasted weeks. I then contacted my credit card company who agreed to investigate the dispute. They upheld the dispute and put the money back into my account. I have since had emails from asics implying that if I didn't withdraw my claim with the credit card company they wouldn't refund me. It sounds to me like they now acknowledge they were in the wrong but they don't want a "bad mark" hanging over them. Needless to say, I haven't responded to their demands, and I won't ever buy from them again as I don't appreciate being called a liar.

I put 5 stars just because I wanted visibility of my message. Their rate should be zero or less.
They use a terrible delivery service, called InPost, that before was YODEL BY INPOST. Yodel for me is the worst of the worst delivery services.
I wish I asked before my purchase what delivery they use or read the reviews.
People, if you want to avoid hours of frustration contacting them or the delivery company, I would highly suggest to avoid using them. There are many other companies that sell sport equipment and have the respect toward their customers.
They, Asics, simply don't care. Otherwise, they would reply to all these complaints and starting using a different courier.
You know what they told me when I contact them asking for help? "You have to wait"

Ordered some poorly advertised shorts (no side pockets) plus the back pocket could barely fit a few coins in never mind a phone. Returned them over 1 week ago. Item is still showing as “ in transit” 9 days later. Contacted customer services. They say allow TWENTY days for them to be transported - not my refund, just to be transported! When I said Nike etc issued me refunds within a week of a return they said “we’re not like other companies” - too right your not!! Please avoid this company like the plague.

Absolutely disgraceful company I contacted for a return address and got given the wrong address so item got sent back to me I sent it tracked first class so money lost on that then I contacted again and got given a different address so re sent them back and they got signed for and received by them and now they are saying they ain’t they have scammed me I want my money back that’s mine. I want this sorted!

Item was not delivered and customer support were very unresponsive... One to avoid ordering on line from!!

I like their trainers, it's just their customer service that's so bad. If you can get to a store it's good, but on line is terrible.

Don't recommend buying from Asics, they say they offer free returns but don't provide digital returns labels

Ordered a pair of trainers 5 weeks ago, email confirmed they'd be processed in 1-3 days. No sign of them so far, when I have contacted just told out of stock, no idea when they'll be in. I have requested to be offered an alternative as I don't want to wait any longer but have been told no. They have offered that I can cancel the order but at this stage I'll sit it out. Hopefully I might be able to give a positive update soon....

Parcel arrived and the box was damaged beyond belief. From the looks of the reviews on here I don’t know if it left the factory like that or if it happened in transit. Either way won’t be shopping with ASICS again

I ordered some shoes from the asics website. Then looked at the reviews on here, horrified and didn't know what to expect. But wow, I received my shoes 2 days after ordering them. Ordered them on Monday and they came on Wednesday. Emails sent to confirm shipping and InPost were great, kept me up to date with the delivery window. Very pleased with my new shoes. They were a bargain too.
Honestly don't know what all the bad reviews are about. Maybe they've really improved.

Don't use this company if you want to retain your sanity!! Absolutely atrocious returns procedures- it depends on the customer having a printer which I don't. They don't provide a QR code so I can't present that either to make return. Their helpline number provides a useless message then disconnects. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Waste of time and money.

Do not bother. I ordered a few things for my husband. Some didn’t fit and I returned them. They refunded two and ignored the more expensive item. I have emailed them via the website and nothing in reply. Returning the goods was a nightmare as well as they don’t use Royal Mail and each In Post place I went to was full so I ended up having to drive to post it. I am so annoyed at the poor service and wish I had checked TP before ordering. My opinion of ASICS is now very low.

They hide behind an AI bot as well so you can't actually speak to a human to find out what is going on

First & last time I'll be buying Asics, dread to think what will happen if they are ever sent and need to be returned!

Twice I ordered trainers and twice Asics cancelled the order.

Terrible experience. I placed an order and 2 weeks later I had heard nothing. I tried to contact customer services and they were non existent. In the end, my order was randomly cancelled.
Avoid ordering directly from ASICS at all costs.

Bought a pair of Novablast in February. After 4 months of wear the soles stated to fall apart. I contacted customer support and sent supporting images of the damage. Customer services were quick to respond but told me the failing of the sole was to be expected after 4 months usage! Absolute joke company. Poor quality goods.

Paid for 2 running shoes - been over a week, it’s not shipped according to their website. No response from customer service by email or telephone. Will have to call my bank to reclaim money back.

Will buy Brooks instead

Shockingly bad customer service, they got the shipping address wrong in the parcel, I sent 2 emails confirming the correct address, got nothing. Spoke to a guy at customer service, who sounded like he couldn’t be arsed, but he did sort the address thing out… then an email of InPost to say they were sending shoes back to ASICS.. spoke to another guy who just offered me a 20% voucher, couldn’t redirect the parcel back because they don’t have the facility to do that… it’s a shame their running shoes are so good because their service is shit
