Terrible company for customer service. I ordered a pair of trainers on 29/06/2026 and more than a week later I’m still waiting for them to be shipped. On the rare occasions I managed to speak to a human (chat or phone) they promised me my order would be dispatched the next day - it never was. They tell you it’s not possible to cancel an order, despite it not being dispatched. I asked for a manager to contact me on a number of occasions - they still haven’t. Do not order from this company, they will rob you and not deliver.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by ASICS UK. I expected far better from such a well-established global brand.

It has now been more than 10 days since I placed and paid for my order for a pair of running shoes. According to your website, delivery was expected within 2–3 days, yet my order has still not arrived.

I have made multiple enquiries through your chatbot, but I have received no meaningful update or resolution. To make matters worse, there appears to be no option to cancel my order, leaving me without the shoes I paid for and without any way to resolve the issue.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and falls well below the standard of service I would expect from ASICS. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order and, if it cannot be fulfilled promptly, the option to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

Avoid at all costs, see other reviews for detail. May as well walk outside and throw your money in the wind, then spend several weeks chasing it to get it back.

Ordered a man’s shoe size 10, a woman’s size 7.5 arrived, emailed, no response, spent over an hour waiting for customer service to pick up, no response have sent back the shoes and asked for a refund, no response so far. Just awful, would never buy online from these guys again - great shoes, appalling service.

AVOID - I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering direct, will never do so again.

Very slow process buying to even worse when returning it’s not like Nike or any other brands were asics sizing is very bad you have to keep returning back

Scammers. My last 2 returns (December and June) were never refunded. They clearly hope you don't notice. Even when you chase there responses are designed to delay (asking for info they already have and 'photos of the return' (!)

I am a lifetime customer so there awful service / fraud is really disappointing

I paid an extra £7.95 for 'express delivery' which it states on the website means that if an order is placed before 2pm on one working day it will arrive the next working day. It's been a week now and my order still hasn't even shipped. It was also for hundreds of pounds as I bought different sizes and styles to make sure we had a result. I have received no updates apologising or explaining why there is a delay. I cannot get anyone to pick up on the customer service number. I want to cancel this order and get a refund for the express delivery. Now I am concerned as I've seen others have waited months for refunds! The money has left my account so this is really criminal!

Just truly awful customer support. Delayed delivery by weeks and no answers at all. It is like sending emails into the void. Boycott this brand please.

As others have said they will take payment for express delivery but don't adhere to it, awaiting a response for a refund on postage and reported to trading standards as it appears to be a common practice of theirs seemingly to scam customers. Won't be using their products in the future

Do not buy from Asics online. Worst delivery system ever for a big shoe brand. I have ordered 2 shoes at the same time. One pair arrived after couple of weeks. The other pair was cancelled becuase there was no size available. Well I'm not surprised as it took them ages to process the order, if I didn't follow up they won't process the order. And if you try to follow up an order, AI will respond and there will be no human agent to answer upon escalation. Very poor service. Go and buy them physically at the store, not worth the stress.

Excellent service and outstanding shoe quality!I am highly impressed with my recent purchase from ASICS UK. I opted for express delivery, and the order arrived exactly on time as promised, which was fantastic.As for the GEL-VENTURE 10 shoes, the quality is top-tier. The fit is absolutely perfect, offering excellent comfort right out of the box. They provide superb underfoot cushioning and great traction, making them incredibly stable for outdoor use. They feel durable yet breathable.Overall, a flawless shopping experience. I highly recommend both the service and this specific model!

Terrible experience, just wish I’d seen these reviews before I’d placed my online order. Given they’re a major shoe brand I am shocked at their appalling level of customer service. I’ll never buy asics again.

Bought trainers 16 days ago and they still haven't been shipped. All of my emails have been ignored during the last 12 days.

I cannot wait for Asics to go back into the obscurity of the 1990's, 2000's and 2010's once the fad of wearing ugly dad trainers wears off.

Ordered items online 5 days ago and still not been shipped. In this day & age thats terrible customer service. Spoke to a customer service rep and asked for my order to be cancelled as no update on when they will be shipped and then have a 2-3 day delivery timeframe. Told orders cant be cancelled so will now need to wait for them to finally arrive, to then have to send them straight back for a refund. Wont buy direct from ASICS again

If only I’d checked Trustpilot first instead of reading the fake reviews online. I bought women’s GEL-TACTIC 13 size 7 and they are SO TIGHT I had to check if the size was correct. Even loosening the laces as much as possible doesn’t help and the laces are so short they don’t reach the last lacehole. My feet went completely numb from trying to wear them so it’s back to Hokas for me. I daren’t even send them back because it seems people aren’t getting refunded. I’ll give them away but buying these reduced from £100 to £70 was still a phenomenal waste of money. The label says made in Vietnam, but perhaps should say made in a toy shop. To clarify, the length is size seven but the width might just about suit a ten year old!

Bought a pair of Novablast via sportshoes in Jan 26. Wear and damage near right toe area after just 5 months, reported to sportshoes Ai generated response, then direct to Asics, in this instance they dont stand buy there product - £134! Buy another brand.

I like ASICS products but will never buy direct from them again. Ordered running leggings for £35 and they’ve been shipped via Yodel (that’s enough to never order again) with a requirement for a signature (I work so have missed all delivery attempts) and no way of changing delivery preferences. I’m not going to take time off work for a delivery like this and it’s ridiculous to require a signature for such an order. I’ve tried to contact ASICS via their website but contact us link goes to a 404 error page and when I did manage to send a message I’ve had no reply. Currently out of pocket with no product and seemingly no way to contact them.

Poor customer service and quality issue.
I’ve got 3 pairs of Novablast 5 bought and used together over the past 2 years, the pair I purchased 11 months ago have developed a hole in the toe box area despite only completing around 300 miles. The older pair doesn’t after this issue after 800 miles and I’ve notice that in both the older and newer pair the the material in the toe box area is thicker; therefore I’ve got to assume it’s a design issue (although they will never acknowledge this). They directed me back to the shop I purchased them from who declined any further action despite asking for photos of the sole that also confirm minimal usage. ASICS customer service are anything but and washing there hands of this. Therefore, I’ve put a claim in via my credit card and if this fails I’m going through small claims as this isn’t right. Really wish I’d checked trustpilot out before but with an established name you feel you shouldn’t have to.

Asics/Yodel managed to lose my product. No follow-up. No apologies. Will take them 5 days for a response. Pathetic customer service

I will not be buying from them again. I want to return a pair of trainers and they will not provide an option for me to print a label in store and I dont have a printer to print the label at home. I contacted support and got fobbed off. No more running trainers from asics then!
