Customer service was awful. No communication with my order what so ever.

I have ordered four bridesmaids dresses in two separate orders and they have been amazing and perfect fits (one standard size and three individualised).
The company has been extremely helpful, professional, responsive and friendly. The dresses arrived when they said they would and were beautiful.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would absolutely recommend them.

I bought 2 bridesmaids dresses from Babaroni and the service was excellent. The dresses arrived ahead of time, and were of excellent quality - the best I have seen of dresses at a similar cost. They are very well-constructed (with boning, etc) and are flattering on all shapes. When I needed to swap one of the dresses for a different size, the customer service was professional and efficient, and I had a new dress in no time at all.
To summarise - a five star experience! Thank you, Babaroni!

This is my second order from Babaroni. The dresses are beautiful. Perfect colour match to my first purchase.

The delivery options are clear and gives you options for each day with different pricing. Maya confirmed my order straight away and got in touch to check if there were any other bridesmaids dresses, asking for their order numbers so they could ensure they were made in the same factory with the same colour dye. I would highly recommend Babaroni to anyone, the bridesmaid dresses are exceptional quality at such a reasonable price. I wish I had known about them when ordering bridesmaid dresses for my own wedding!

I placed an order for two dresses and they arrived to London in record time and in perfect condition. I was happy that it was packed well and the dresses looked gorgeous. The dress should fit the bridesmaids and I appreciate the pockets in the dress as it makes it easy to carry phones around.
Very delightful experience I paid to get the items reach by 3rd dec but they were received on 30th well in time for the wedding.

Bought 4 bridesmaid dresses. Despite there being an issue with one of the dresses, Babaroni created a new dress with custom sizing and got it sent over in plenty of time. They always communicated and the fact that the new dress fits perfectly is a credit to them. Really great customer service. Thank you!

I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses from Babaroni, 3 to be delivered to my address 1 to a different address, the 4th dress was ordered a few days later, I contacted Assia from customer services and she reassured me that a) all dresses would be made from the same fabric/dye process and gave me the date they would arrive, which was 100% accurate. I've been in touch again to order another dress and again I have received the highest standards of customer service, with Assia ensuring the dress is made again from the same fabric/dye and would be despatched within a 3-5 day time line, which it was.
I would highly recommend Babaroni to anyone, the bridesmaid dresses are beautiful and are really well made, all our bridesmaids love them and the fit is perfect.

Absolutely fantastic dress! The colour and the design were gorgeous. I ordered this dress for a wedding where i was the witness of the bride. I ordered the wrong colour and the size was too big for me (i would advice to order one size smaller than your usual size) but Babaroni customer service was super helpful! I received a new one very quickly, communication was easy and quick, and they ended up reimbursing 90% of the initial price of the first dress. Thank you so much Babaroni for making this very important event a beautiful one, I felt very special, so many nice compliments on my dress!

Very happy with my experience. Ordered the dress at the same time as another bridesmaid and we were able to tie our orders together to ensure the dye was done at the same time and there wasn't a colour disparity.

Huge amount of choice and colours which was great and enabled us to get a style that compliments our body shapes.

Ordered on 16/05 and received 16/06. My only advice would be to check measurements on the dress sizes and make sure they are applicable as the dress sizes seem smaller than I'm used to. I checked the sizing though and it's actually perfect going by the measurements.

Dress is heavy, lined and the bodice is boned, feels very good quality. Wish I'd have known about these for my own wedding.

Really bad, they haven’t got a proper return policy. I am happy I only bought one dress from them because at least it’s not a massive loss.

Every time I receive correspondence from them it’s from a different person who tries to convince me to keep the item. I just want to return it. This company sells bridesmaids dresses, I cannot understand how people still buy from them when it’s such an important product they are selling.

I am going to warn everyone against them.

Babaroni, you need to check the names on credit cards. It has MY name on it! I now have a screenshot of the charge from Babaroni.com for $133.99.

If anyone would like me to prove that I paid for the dress, I have it. I removed bad review until I get my dress. They will NOT send my dress until my bad review is gone. So NO BAD REVIEW!

Bridesmaid dress was ordered for me off this site! Dress arrived and looked beautiful! Opened it up and it was way smaller than what was ordered. Contacted them and they tried to tell us we were wrong, we measured the dress and got another bridesmaid (who was 4 sizes smaller) to try it on! It did not fit. Sent the dress back and they are still saying they have not received it! I have never seen customer service so bad in all my life. Trying to organise a wedding in covid times is stressful enough without companies like this adding more to a very upset and stressed out bride. Stay away from this company! If I could give it a minus star I would!

I took a risk and ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses with very little information regarding this company, however I was not disappointed. They arrived and 2 fit, 2 didn’t. They do come up quite small but 100% my own fault for going with typical UK sizes rather than the measurements provided (a lesson I shall learn for future purchases). I contacted the customer services email and they were very efficient in getting back to me and extremely helpful. I returned the 2 dresses and reordered them in the size above. I did have to pay a restocking fee, but this was all in the T’s&C’s. The dresses themselves are lovely quality and would recommend them to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses in the future.
