Overall this was a beautiful dress, I ended up returning it because it was not the right size for me. The return process was easy and they were extremely helpful! Based off of previous dresses and my return experience I will be reordering!

Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company. Can’t return dresses that don’t fit without paying for shipping yourself, and they take a “restocking fee.” They also ask you to falsely declare contents to avoid tariffs.

Disappointed is not the word
I ordered 6 dresses for my bridesmaids. They arrived and were too small, definitely not true to size. No contact number as they are based in Shanghai. I emailed the company and have had real trouble getting contact back. I returned (which cost nearly 150 pounds) and I have still not had my return. I have attempted to email the company and no response after two months. Worst experience I have had with this company and this is my wedding money being wasted.

I wish I could put a negative star
I’ll start by stating, what a HORRIFIC experience. This business has NO idea how to run efficiently. I chose a dress for 7 of my bridesmaids. One bridesmaids (Thank God!!!) ordered a dress. Not only did the dress look different in person, her hook was missing. There is NO phone number to call, email is the only source of communication. They never provided a refund for her dress, and also tried recommending her to get her dress fixed somewhere else!!! My bridesmaid ended up having to pay for ANOTHER dress plus shipping in order to get her “refund” from the first dress. Please save yourselves from buying off of this disorganized unprofessional website. It’s a shame, they could have had more business. I’m not allowing any of my other bridesmaids to order from this bs.

Worth the gamble, so far!
I ordered a swatch of fabric on April 14th, as I'm considering ordering bridesmaid dresses from there. I am cautious about it because there doesn't seem to be much in the way of online reviews of this site. Thought the price of the swatch was worth the gamble if it never showed up.
I'm happy to report it arrived! Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, they arrived from China in under 2 months! Quality of fabric seems pretty decent and the colour is representative of what you see in the pictures. They provide you with a tracking number too, so you'll know where your item is.
I'm now convinced I will order my bridesmaids dresses from this site. Thought I'd share this review for anyone, like me, who depends on online reviews to reassure me a place is real!!
