WORST COMPANY EVER
Purchased a fridge freezer from them and within days the freezer door handle snapped leaving sharp edges and the plastic trim at the bottom of the door broke away.
I emailed supplying photos of the damage but got no response. When I phoned they didn't ask what the damage was just said it had been more than 3 days since delivery and it was too late.
I told them under the Consumer Rights Act I was entitled to a refund as the item was faulty (they also state faulty items can be replaced or refunds given on their own website)
After the phone call they checked the email, looked at the damage and discussed it with the team before emailing back saying the damage had been caused by slamming the door and I should claim on my home insurance.
All this was done within 5 minutes of my phone call...hmm
How can anyone slam a freezer door so hard the handle litterally shattered, a freezer door that has a rubber seal...
Thankfully I paid for the item with my credit card and they were able to carry out a chargeback and refund all my money back.
If you are going to use this company I strongly advise using a credit card for this very reason.
UPDATE
Their response is literally a copy and paste reply to complaints. If they actually wanted to resolve an issue they'd get in touch with the customer directly.
Oh I forgot to mention, if you do make a complaint they just put your email address in their spam folder, that's how they deal with customer complaints.

took the payment and then day before delivery advised that they didn't have any of the purchase in stock and it would be at least another 3 wees before product could be sent. had to cancel the order and wait 7 days to get money back.

Damaged freezer refund was fast
Freezer arrived dented in two places it was returned and now waiting for refund
Refunded within few days happy out come customer services was very polite and fast to sort out my issue

Don’t bother to emailI emailed this company four times and…
I emailed this company four times and got no reply,
I wanted to ask them about connecting my appliance,
This is not good business practice, I would be very unlikely to use them again.
The delivery of my item was outstanding, the driver and mate did a perfect job.
