great dishwasher does short washes and stacks better than my old one

This company conned me out of £19.99 saturday delovery and will not respond or refund my money, i have to now take it a step further. For anyone who didn't know, beyond TV is Reliant under a new name, completely poor

ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ZERO COMMUNICATION AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR CASH!!!!!

Take no notice of the response this company have given to my previous review!
I have rang the number they said is for customer service and it’s the one I’ve already had no answer from!
Live chat I also gave up after over an hour waiting to be transferred to a actual person
Honestly I’ve never experienced customer service so bad!
God help me if anything goes wrong with this washing machine
Paid £15 extra for a service that was not completed and not able to get I touch with the company since!!

I’ve been trying to resolve a issue since my washing machine arrived on 7th June 26 I paid for packaging to be removed and taken that did not happen
I rang delivery company they said they don’t deal with refunds to contact supplier
I’ve rang so many times I’ve lost count without a answer and also emailed,no answer
One call I was on hold for over an hour and a half still no response!
If there is gonna be any problems with the machine I can’t contact any one as they don’t answer!
It’s not about the money at this point
I’m so annoyed and angry at the lack of customer service! Quick enough to take my money!
I would never purchase from this company again!

Accepted the online order for Bosch washing machine, took payment for next day delivery, didn't arrive on the Thursday, telephoned several times on Friday, rang for 30 minutes at a time, no answer. Monday i eventually managed to contact someone via online chat who said the machine was out of stock and would i like sales to contact me to arrange an alternative. Declined and requested refund. Said would be processed that day and confirmed via email. No email, contacted the next day via chat to be assured refund had been processed and then did receive email. Refund not showing yet but i do understand it can take a few days. Will order from AO or amazon, i should have known better. Can’t recommend.

The television was bought for a family occasion which we were awaiting as a surprise, it didn’t arrive and arrived a day later very damaged and cracked as though it had been bashed. I sent multiple emails with no reply and when we called they said the would reply but sent a standard email which didn’t not address our concerns mainly of the damage and health and safety risk to package ourselves. Being forced to package for a refund I then was injured by the chips of glass and sustained injury to my thumb from the glass splinters. In the meantime I have stored this bulky item and unable to replace in the meantime. They should refund and compensate asap. We are very disappointed amd advice not to buy from this retailer. Even after their reply there is still no response- I get cut off trying to call.

The delivery man phoned half an hour before delivery to inform me when they would be arriving. Im a very happy customer 😊

I am utterly appalled by the service I received . The delivery drivers flatly refused to bring my new gas cooker up to the first floor, acting incredibly rude, rushed, and unhelpful. When I asked them to wait just a moment so I could call customer support to resolve the issue, they refused, abandoned the heavy gas appliance entirely unattended at the main entrance door of the building, and drove away.
As a disabled person, leaving a massive, uninstalled appliance blocking a main entrance is not just an inconvenience—it is a severe safety hazard and a total failure of basic customer care. I was left completely stranded with a heavy object I physically cannot move myself. Their complete lack of accessibility awareness, utter disrespect, and hazardous behavior is unacceptable. I am demanding full compensation for this failed delivery and the distress caused. Avoid this company at all costs.

After 3 days no one there to answer or no reply on messages we paid extra £10 to get next day delivery never happened. And still waiting for fridge freezer and all my stuff gone off
Absolutely useless

I got 2 item from them fist one 3 month a go 85inch tv comes with 3 days delay .didn't heart as much as this time fridge freezer broke had to get one all my stuff is going off had to pay extra 10 to make sure next day delivery didn't happend next day .waited for day after and day after is over now still no one even answer call or Live chat. This is out seen who compensate me for my stuff gone off . More heartfelt no one there to take responsibility.
Absolutely crap sorry been honest. 🙏
