Just unpacked the cooker we have been waiting to install it however it was damaged on the side of the hob enamel has come off and the front of the hob is bent obviously damaged in transit

Great customer service and product
Great product. Reasonably priced.
Brought as a gift and the recipient is very happy.
The first package sent was damaged in transit to the courier company who failed to communicate this. Emails to both the courier company and beyond television went unanswered so Called Beyond Television twice to sort the issue and confirm delivery of the replacement as needed by a particular date and cannot fault the customer service received. Staff were polite, friendly and quick to sort the issue. Many thanks.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Good range of products at very good prices. Item (freezer) was delivered damaged but company reacted very promptly and professionally to effecting its return and refunding full cost. Very impressed with the level of customer service and would definitely use them again.

I love my new fridge freezer there’s loads of space and it looks great,the price was fantastic too, I would highly recommend the delivery service was really quick and reliable, didn’t pay the £10 to get rid of the packaging which I wish I had of,otherwise a truly amazing experience
