Roshni has provided my mum with new hearing aids. At 81 years old she has got on so well with them all thanks to Roshni. Her patience, guidance and understanding of my mum's needs are second to none. The service and follow up appointments have been first class. Roshni is a credit to Boots Hearing Care.

l was reassured that my hearing is not deteriorating. I had a revision session on how to get the best out of my aids in noisy situations. I was happy that my aids have changed my life and I wear them all the time! I was reminded to spend my nest-egg of Boots points! Very nice appointment

We have since seen Roshni for regular hearing aid aftercare and service appointments. Nothing is too much trouble and she will always fit us in for urgent appointments whenever mum's hearing aids need any adjustments. I would recommend Roshni Thanki to anybody who is worried about their hearing ability. My hearing is not bad bút I had begun to miss parts of conversations and was "switching off". With Roshni's help and advise I can now hear the softest spoken members of any group and feel confident to join in discussions.

Roshni is a great advocate for Boots and a fine role model for people employed in service positions. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, confident and reassuring during all visits to her. She provided clear, full instructions during the tests performed and made me feel relaxed about what was happening. She is a credit to the company.
The only thing I would change is swapping the American accent for a British one in one of the tests.

Although I have complex hearing needs, the audiologist (Rashni Thanki) exceeded all my expectations. Clear, concise, friendly and thorough testing lead to my satisfaction with the aid I now have.
I feel I gained full confidence in the use of my hearing aids. I look forward to a more inclusive experience of better interaction with everyone.

Roshni was great at Leicester Boots in the city centre, she explained everything clearly and concisely to me and the in the ear canal aids are brilliant, they have made my life 100%better for it!

3rd set of hearing aids from boots just purchased. Really pleased after early teething problem with moulds. Roshni has steered and help me with my latest hearing aids. The audiologist Roshni was excellent, she was professional, caring and explained each step clearly. Roshni made the whole process easier to deal with, discussing anxiety and concerns.

I visited the audiologist for a follow up service appointment, which I requested as I've had these aids for 4 months or so, nothing wrong with them but I had a couple of queries. The audiologist Umeeka, was once again very attentive and caring, she listened, checked all is fine and answered my minor queries with ease. I am so pleased with the service received from Umeeka @ Boots. Credit where it is due ....

Friendly and Knowledgable Audiologist. Able to ask questions and understand my hearing needs. I wish i had more time to finish off the tests.
