Roshni as been amazing from the beginning of my mum's journey. Made me and my mum feel relaxed and listened to. Roshni is always polite, professional, empathetic and most importantly down to earth. We couldn't be more thankful to her being herself.

I had my annual hearing and hearing aid review today. I was accompanied by my wife. As always, Roshni was welcoming, friendly, chatty and professional. She guided me through the hearing test and explained the results. She took time to listen to me, when I explained about my experiences with my hearing aids, and took appropriate action, adjusting my settings, as necessary, but also explaining why other adjustments were not possible, given the particular hearing aids that I have. Thank you, Roshni.

I attended my annual hearing review today with Roshni Thanki. As always she was on time and very welcoming. She asked after my health and exchanged pleasantries. The review was really well conducted and Roshni discussed and demonstrated some new aides. All in all a really good experience.

Hearing professional Roshni was excellent as usual. Thorough examination undertaken, results explained in an easily understandable way and good advice given. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Roshni at the Leicester Gallowtree Gate branch for many years. She is professional, caring and friendly. She makes me feel confident that I am dealing with my hearing loss in the best way. She is accessible, either by phone or email, so any problems are dealt with quickly. My Grandson also saw Roshni several years ago and had the same excellent care.

By far, this has been one of my best experiences of customer service and quality care. My audiologist Roshni is extraordinary - she is very knowledgeable and genuinely considerate of my hearing needs.

Every appointment, I leave confident I’ve received the very best in care. Roshni listens to you, and is able to discern exactly what is important to you. With this, she is able to provide me with the best care and I leave with the greatest gift ever - good and clear hearing!

Roshi was very thorough and I was able to ask any questions I had about my hearing. She was very helpful and professional and she explained everything I needed to know clearly. They sent me reminders about my appointments even with phone calls.

Roshni saw me today for my annual check up. She is a lovely lady. I always feel I am listen to, and she makes adjustments as required.

Rushni was great. In sorting out my new hearing aid everything was explained in a friendly and professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. I felt well looked after.

I think Roshni is a lovely lady very passionate about her work and customer I went swimming and forgot to take my hearing aid out she was very understanding and fixed them

Since having my hearing aids quite some time ago I have for the last few years been seen by Roshni who has always been most friendly, understanding and taken the time to explain the ins and outs I am experiencing with my hearing problems.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and I cannot praise her too highly. Both my wife and I see her for our regular checks and it is always a pleasant and educational visit.
