I feel compelled to leave this review because I'm sick of all the CONSTANT brooklinen ads on everything. Podcasts, TikTok, YouTube, web browsing, you can't escape it. I ordered brooklinen sheets a few years ago and they did not hold up well at all. They are not a too good to be true luxury product at an affordable price the way they are marketed. They are you get what you pay for sheets. Go ahead and buy them if they make the most sense for your budget, but don't believe the hype.

The towel i bought was unused but they refused to give their "guarantee satisfaction" as it was a final sale item though its not specified when you buy item... regardless i wrote a 2 star review and it never made it to their website proving they selectively only publish positive reviews.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order, was immediately cancelled. Tried again, same thing. Contacted customer service, they said my account was locked and would take 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I’ve never heard of a company telling me “not to place an order” but luckily for me, I won’t be! Tons of other sites to order from with way better customer service. Representatives that actually care about your issues and try to solve them!

The sheets are nice the pillow cases are terrible.
I have purchase sheets from many places the pillow cases fit well .
Your cases are made much smaller and do not fit well you should do something about this.

I purchased the heathered cashmere sheets from Brooklinen over Christmas. They were a complete disaster, pilled in three days, and are completely unusable.

I have written into support twice with no response over the course of two months.

I finally decided to leave a review on the website, and they did not post it. They only posted the positive reviews.

What an untrustworthy company - please please beware!

Way over priced for the quality. Duvet lost 4 buttons, but brooklinen sent a replacement.
Not very soft either. 3 stars.

Scam. Order never came. Ordered a bunch of items (sheets, robes, pillows) for Christmas presents for my family back in November 2022. It's now Jan 2023 and no signs of the packages, however, when I checked on my account it says "orders fulfilled." No one for customer service has been helpful at this point and keep telling me that the order has been scheduled for re-shipment. This brand is a scam and would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. You will not get your money's worth.

While the linen sheets seemed nice, my first impression was how thin and transparent they were. I've only had one other linen set before and they were from Restoration Hardware. I know those were a little more $ but not much. This sheets and duvet set was over $400. The duvet cover was way too big for my 'Full' bed and comforter and was always sliding around. I wonder if the 'Full' is really just the 'Queen'...? I only use it occasionally because it drives me crazy, maybe I'll get a queen bed later and be able to use it more. I always washed on gentle cycle, never used bleach and always hung the linen to dry. Its been just two years and the fitted sheet is literally shredding apart, I've been single during Covid so no blaming a vigorous sex life here. I can't afford RH linen anymore, I guess my linen days are done for a while. I definitely will not purchase linen from Brooklinen again.

A $180 duvet cover began falling apart at the button holes and duvet ties within five days of having it on the bed. There are now holes at two corners from where the seams unraveled. I contacted customer service about this and, after five business days and a follow-up email, still have never heard back.

Edited to add: several days after leaving a comment on Instagram, Brooklinen reached out via DMs on Instagram, said my email address must get trapped by their spam filters, and asked for photos. Upon receipt of photos showing all of the button holes coming unraveled and all four corners with extensive unraveling at the seams, the CX rep said she didn't see a problem and I should just use scissors to trim all the threads.

I ordered a set of sheets on Dec. 7th for a Christmas gift. I just found out today, Dec. 20th, that my order was cancelled. I only found out because I contacted the company to see where my order was. They seemed very blase' about the whole ordeal, would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Made an on-line purchase on 12/10 as a Christmas gift. on 12/19, I'd still not received any updates, and the web site showed the order status as, "not fulfilled". I called for an update, and the person who helped me said that the reason the order was not fulfilled is that the item is completely sold out, and won't ever be stocked again. They said the only thing they could do is cancel the order so I could get a refund and "place a new order for the same item in a different color". They also said they'd reinstate my points (from previous purchases) that I'd used toward this purchase.

Not really wanting to have something else go wrong, but needing to place the order for the gift, I tried to do just that. When I tried to apply my points to the order, the price was higher than before because the discount on the item had been removed when I applied the points. I deleted the item from my cart, and added it again and noticed that even though my points were not applied, they were still missing from my account (and are still missing a full day later, even though I never used them).

It honestly appears that Brooklinen was hoping I'd never notice that they took my money and never fulfilled the order. There is NO excuse for a company to permit a customer to order an item that is not available, then to do nothing to alert the customer of that, nor make any attempt to refund the customer's money proactively, and to do NOTHING for nine days and offer terrible service when the customer calls to follow up.

I will NEVER do business with Brooklinen again, and recommend that nobody else does, either.

I ordered 2 sets of the plush towels along with a sheet set for a Christmas present on December 7. On December 9 my card was charged and I received an email confirming shipment of my order. However, I only received the sheet set. I kept waiting, and checking my emails, nothing. I finally reached out via live chat and asked when I could expect my towels. This was December 16. I was told they were unavailable. Yet they charged my card. I was never notified. I guess I would still be waiting for the towels if I hadn't reached out. It is now December 20, and they have not refunded my card for the towels they never sent. Completely terrible customer service. I think they tried to offer me a 15% discount for my next purchase, which is available to anyone on the website. No apologies for keeping my money almost a month. Now I'm short a Christmas present. I will never do business with Brooklinen again.

We bought a 2 pack mid-plus down king size pillows from this company. The absolute worst down pillows we have ever owned. They go flat like a pancake and the feathers protrude. We did not bother sending them back. Luckily we did not throw away the 3 year old Marks and Spencer's duck down pillows. Better to spend more than having to buy cheap and replace.

Received Luxe sheet set 2 days ago (over weekend) then noticed immediately price had dropped from $219 to $131.40 so I reached out to get price difference. After a lengthy chat, I was told they would share information with team & get back to me. I literally was only online to purchase another set & now I’ll not only return what I purchased, they’re losing additional sale as well. Never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service,

Great customer service when returning a set of sheets. Sheets were good quality, but pillowcases for queen set were standard size, too small for my queen size pillows. They accepted return, paid for shipping and promptly credited my credit card. And they communicated with me to provide status of return. Exceptional service.

Ordered their Hardcore Bundle and received an incomplete order. What followed was the most absurd and time consuming back and forth email with their customer service department I've ever encountered. I finally decided to just cancel the whole thing and send it back. And yes, after 8 days, I'm still awaiting a the charge on my credit card to be taken off. I will Never order from them again.

Our order arrived and an entire set of washcloths was missing. We emailed Brooklinen who assured us they would look into it. No further message from them. Multiple emails later they just never replied and totally ghosted us. Needless to say, never refunded us.

Avoid at all cost. (And for what it’s worth, the quality is totally overhyped.)

The worst sheets I have ever had… Unfortunately, I fell for the social media hype and bought a whole set from brook linen. Within 6 weeks the sheets and duvet had torn. So disappointing!

I purchased a set of sheets and they were beautiful. I've never had such nice sheets before but it certainly makes sleep a whole lot easier. Their pillowcases have little flaps on the ends that keep the pillow from coming out and really finishes the look nicely. They were so nice I actually bought a friend a set of sheets for her birthday.

Silk pillow case falling apart and customer service offered me a 15% off a new one. The pillow didn’t arrive until May 2021 and was told the warranty started the day it was ordered in April. Thanks but no thanks. Buyer beware.
