Ordered a bundle of towels, i.e. boxed set. Upon inspection, colors for bath, hand and face towels did not match - in a set! Advised to return the set and re-order in a different color. Placed the re-order with a rep on the phone and it would not apply discounts. Rep could not or would not place the order for me. A FedEx label was provided for the return. Two different FedEx locations could not scan the label. Had to call the company. Took 20 minutes to get a supervisor to authorize FedEx to pick it up at my home. No offer of compensation for the running around I had to do all because of their inefficiency until I demanded it, and then only a paltry 5% off the re-order - did refuse a 20% coupon off future order as I will NEVER order from this company again. Buyer beware.

The products fall apart quite quickly. We have two quilts (one they sent us for free because the first one came undone in about a week). The stitching came out of the first one without washing, just from sleeping for a week. They sent us a free replacement and the stitching popped loose in several areas within a week or two again. We have some sheets too and it’s the same, the material gets thin quickly and the stitching isn’t stable. Surprisingly low quality.

Fantastic service. I purchased a linnet duvet cover and a set of linen pillowcases on September 19, and received the items this morning September 21!

I am very pleased with the quality. I will be ordering 2 more complete linen sets. I originally ordered from Parachute (horrible customer service. They never delivered the product because it was out of stock. They refunded my money two weeks later.)

Will order from Brooklinen from now on.

I bought some of their Classic Cotton Core sheets and pillow covers that they described as being "perfect for hot sleepers" and that the material was breathable. Found this to be a total, flat-out lie after I put them on my bed and pillows.

They are super hot and provide no comfort during the heat. In fact, they feel hotter than generic 100% cotton sheets I bought at Kohl's for 1/3 of the price! Needless to say, I won't buy from here again and wish I bought from another site.

I ordered sheets in mid-June. I've been trying to contact Brooklinen since then for a shipping updates. It has been WAY more than the two to six business days that I was told it would take to DELIVER my order when I made my purchase.

I've spoken to a half dozen customer service agents trying to figure out where my order is. I was sent the wrong tracking info multiple times. Paula was supposed to email me an update yesterday, she didn't. I was offered a 5% discount for the sheets that are now weeks behind delivery.

I called again today, and was told to expect an email update in an hour. That was four hours ago.

I don't even want these sheets anymore, or to support their company. Even more suspect, I'm not able to leave a review about my experience on their actual website.

I love their firm pillows- the best sleep I have had in years. I thought their linen sheets were just ok but I ordered the wrong thing. Their classic sheets are amazing. Splurge and get yourself a set of towels as well.

I took the plunge and purchased the classic hardcore sheet bundle and duvet cover during their birthday event sale. Like their founders, I LOVE the feel of hotel bed sheets and with the pandemic, we’ve only been sleeping in our own bed. Over a year into it, It felt like the right time to make this purchase. We were so excited when we received the sheets and duvet in their neat packaging but were bummed to find a small hole along the seam line of the duvet and loose threads. I never do this but I emailed their customer experience team and within HOURS a very friendly rep responded and processed a replacement. It’s already on its way. What great customer service! I am WOW-ed and I feel taken care of. Along with being a great product, it’s backed with great service and support. I love it! Also, sheets are awesome and with their extended Birthday sale, you should 100% buy it.

Bought a set of their lowest tier sheets because they were supposed to keep you cooler at night... and they do! Very impressed.. but not necessarily quite up to the hype. A delayed on the shipping in peak holiday season but they provided a discount for next time because of it!

great product (towels) awful customer service. did finally receive call back after leaving message, and then an email after I sent one. lastly a "we are so sorry" email - two of my items were back ordered and not available to be shipped by Christmas....I ordered in early November. I had two sets of towels and only two of six items were back ordered so I was finally able to have the send on the items in stock.....otherwise they would have held the entire order until all was in stock!!! Unsure when I will receive my last two items - I had to give the recipient an IOU.....

Ordered some sheets that were back ordered until the Dec. 3rd and an in stock blanket. I received no information of a changed shipping date and heard nothing.

On the 9th I asked when my order would ship. I got a vague answer on the 12th that my item will be processed for shipment then sent which didn't answer my question at all.

I then asked if it would be shipped expedited since this was quite a bit late and this has been a pretty bad experience. The 13th it shipped and got a response the 14th telling me my item shipped.

Overall items shipped considerably late, customer service is slow and unhelpful.

These sheets are nothing more than 40$ Walmart sheets with a new name👎🏻😼😼

Would not recommend, especially for international purchases. My order took 3 weeks to be delivered to Canada and I had to pay $50 customs tax, which I was only notified of after I checked out. I bought a core sheet set, duvet cover and pillow cases which were all meant to be the same colour, however, each one was a noticeably different shade upon delivery. Maybe it’ll fade to a more uniform colour after washing but brand new it looks very odd. This along with the tattered edges, poor customer service I received when I contacted Brooklinen and the non luxurious feel of the sheets made for a very poor experience all-around. Won’t be shopping with them again and I’d advise others go elsewhere.

Nice product TERRIBLE customer service. Website posts available times to call or "live chat" but it is all false. Noone ever takes a call or chats. My order is 8days out, hasn't been shipped and I can't get ahold of anyone

Earlier this year I ordered two of their Classic percale sheets and one Luxe sheet. I especially liked the Percale sheets so I ordered another and when it arrived I immediately noticed that it didn't feel the same as the other two so I looked at the tags of all 3 sheets and discovered that both of the two previously ordered sheets say "100% egyptian cotton" but the new one only says "100% cotton" so I immediately sent them an email telling them this issue and requesting to return (I sent email on Monday) and immediately got the automated response telling me that they received my message and would get back with me in one business day...yet here it is Friday and I haven't heard a single word from them.

I am in love with Brooklinen sheets!

I discovered the online-no-middleman sheets industry about the same time I bought a new mattress (online-no-middleman). I am in love with the whole concept of buying direct and getting a better deal as a result.

The first thing I ordered from Brooklinen was their Classic Core Set in Reverse Smoke Stripe. Maybe it was in my head, but it was tough to "get a read" on these sheets for me. They definitely felt different, but I wasn't sold.

Next I ordered a Classic Hardcore Bundle. This set allows you to mix and match. I ordered a white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, and Bedford Navy Stripe Duvet Cover. This set sold me. Again, maybe it's in my head but there is something about a crisp white sheet which registers with me. Having a crisp sheet on top and added duvet cover sealed the deal. I am completely in love with Brooklinen. So much so that I ordered a Core set as a birthday present for a friend (shh, she doesn't know yet!) and a Classic Hardcore Set for my furnished room rental.

Great customer service, the only reason I'm giving Brooklinen 4 stars is because their shipping is rather slow in today's economy. (Amazon Prime has admittedly spoiled me.) And because I believe there is room for improvement in color selections and in buying items separately.

They did just come out with a linen line which greatly intrigues me! They also offer a Luxury line inbetween their Percale line and Linen Line. Lots to love with Brooklinen!
