Commerical Property water contract
I was looking to set up a water contract/find out about any small business discounts for a new commercial property. I emailed Business stream and was contacted by their sales team. I spoke with Saverio who clearly explained how the water contracts/payments work and the discount available to me. Following our phone call everything was sent over in an email for me to review and decide if I was happy to accept. The process was easy and I appreciated not being constantly contacted or pushed into accepting the contract.

I called today with a query regarding the name on our account. This was in fact due to an error made by Castle Water. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, dealt with the issue efficiently, and ensured that the correct name was reinstated on our account.

Cowboy outfit not fit to run a bath sent bailiffs to my company to collect on a bill already paid they have damaged my reputation beyond repair and am now going to be seeking damages from them and the enforcement company they sent round please don't use these bandits you will regret it now please read the reply a standard one they don't care how they damage your business they have now left me no choice but to instruct my solicitor's as I have said before cowboy outfit don't use them they will destroy your business Douglas from this bandit outfit has replied stating he has personally emailed me NOT TRUE I have not received anything from him or his lackies why lie Douglas? My review will remain and his totally true and I will be taking legal action against your two bit power mad third rate outfit just received a reply from Douglas knox at business stream who has denied sending round enforcement agent again lies the person that attended my premises told my staff he was in a position to recover goods if not paid in full only a high court enforcement officer can do this so again blatantly lieing to me I also asked for the enforcement company's name but he didn't tell me why? Honestly one of the top five of the worst outfits I have ever had the misfortune to deal with do yourselves a massive favour and don't use this cowboy outfit
