Came today to buy an evoke
Came today to buy a range rover evoke. Amin was really helpful, shown us the car and we took it for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy the car. He took us through all the steps and made our experience relaxing especially when you're buying new car. Thankyou amin would highly recommend we also got a box of chocolate 🍫

Smooth and easy process
I sold my car to BVG Automotive and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. Kassh came to collect my car and was really helpful, took the time to explain the process clearly, and made sure everything was easy to understand from start to finish. Buying my performance golf from BVG automotive was a delightful experience ,
The sales rep were informative and helpful presenting and giving details I required also letting you take the car out for a test drive on your own which I thought was good as you’re not rushed and can take your time looking over the vehicle last thing you need whilst buying a car is a pushy sales rep ha! So a few days later I rung them back as I wanted to put a personalised plate on the car and asked if they supplied plates which they did and as a good will gesture they did so free off charge, I would definitely recommmend buying your next car from BVG Automotive as they go out their way to help you also have good quality cars definitely be chopping my car in sometime in the future for an upgrade

BVG don't honour agreements - AVOID
BVG bought my car through Carwow online auction. Collection date was arranged but they did not turn up at all, no phone call, no messages, they obviously don't have respect for customers, absolute time wasters, avoid at all costs

Dear Mr Wingate,
We are extremely disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect what took place and gives a misleading impression of our business.
The vehicle was purchased via a Carwow online auction, with collection correctly scheduled for 17 December, under a standard nationwide collection window of 9:00am–5:00pm. As clearly explained at the time of booking and in line with Carwow procedures, our driver was required to make contact the evening before collection to confirm timing before travelling a considerable distance from Manchester to Gloucester.
In accordance with this process, our driver made numerous attempts to contact you the evening before collection, using the only telephone number provided on the Carwow job. These attempts included nine phone calls and two text messages, none of which received a response. Without confirmation, the driver could not reasonably travel or book onward transport, and therefore the collection could not proceed.
You later advised that an alternative contact number had been emailed to our buying team. While this number was received internally, it is important to clarify that drivers do not have access to internal emails and must work solely from the contact details shown on the Carwow system, which cannot be amended by us once a job is live. Unfortunately, the updated number was never reflected on the Carwow job, leaving the driver with no alternative way to make contact.
This was not a failure to attend, nor a lack of respect for your time. It was a collection that could not go ahead due to the absence of confirmation despite repeated attempts to contact you using the only details available to the driver. This limitation has now been escalated with Carwow, as it is outside of our control, and we are understandably unhappy to receive a negative review for a system issue we do not manage.
We have retained full evidence, including screenshots of all call attempts, text messages, and the Carwow job details, all of which have been provided to Trustpilot. We also made repeated attempts to resolve this amicably and to rearrange the collection, but unfortunately have received no response.
For wider context, BVG Automotive has thousands of 5-star Google reviews and many positive Trustpilot reviews from satisfied customers, including a large number of sellers whose vehicles we have successfully purchased through Carwow. We are proud to be one of Carwow’s top 10 buyers during 2025 and to be recognised as a highly rated dealer on the platform, which reflects our consistent commitment to professionalism and customer service.
We would therefore encourage readers to also review our Google reviews, where they can clearly see the consistently high level of service we provide and the positive experiences shared by the vast majority of our customers.
We take our reputation extremely seriously and strongly disagree with the suggestion that we “do not honour agreements” or are “time wasters.” This review is based on an incorrect understanding of events and does not reflect the standards we uphold or the experience of our wider customer base.
